Great app and great customer support. Used for along time.

I like this app. Setup was pretty easy after I had viewed the pp and video. My major challenge was not realizing that I had to reconfigure some (non-standard) buttons in my activity remote. The app lacks the "HOME" and "EXIT" functions of my Samsung BD-F7500 Bluray but this is not a deal-breaker. All in all, I like the classic scheme but plan to play around with the others so that I can choose preferred colors for my buttons. This app really solved my remote clutter and is worth every cent of its cost.

Aside from the ugly UI, it's hard to pair with my devices. As an example, when i par it with my TV, i can't input my model, i have to chose from a limited list. When i chose "most model" it doesnt work. When i finally find a model that does work, only some functions work. Also, I paid for this previous version, but every time i format my phone, i keep getting the free version installed. I already asked the dev twice to unlock the free version and every time it's the same thing. I give up on this app until they work on their usability.

It worked with my S4. I figured I would try to register it and I was took to a Web page that said I was put on a list of a pirated version. I sent an email to support. Hope that was the issue. Will resubmit review when fixed. EDIT: TS sent me a link to the new supported app for my phone. Thanks.

I now have it on a galaxy s5 and cannot pair it with an lg 32 smart tv, and it stops working really fast. What can I do I bought the app.

Love this app.

First, this is one of the only remote apps that are fully functional with everything, but it really needs a UX expert behind it! The remotes are fine once you've made them, but the rest of the app looks and functions like a high schooler designed it. Also, the codes could easily be downloaded on-demand, requiring fewer updates and making for a smaller app footprint. At 25 MB, it's getting huge when you consider that it updates all the time!

Worked Ok on galaxy S4 now I keep getting some sort of Java error and it doesn't keep record to download again if you have to reset your phone had great potential but feel like I wasted $40 bucks

Best remote app ever played with, does everything expensive smart remotes costing $hundreds. I had some set up challenges and reached out for support, which was resolved within 24 hours. Phone even has a separate screen saver when app is running. Suggest downloading the set up guide, very helpful to get best out of app. Well worth the $. HTC one Dual sim.

I like the program but the Samsung 8 Note does not have a powerful enough IR signal to control my TV Amp and set top box. I will need to return this software as I cannot use it.....

App works well and decent customization. Takes a little while to get used to setup. Excellent support, have emailed twice and very quick response time as well as helpful explanations. Would be nice to be able to set state of devices as if you have turned things on with a different remote it can't know and will assume previous state when app was last used.

It doesn't work on my Xperia Z1 and the refund button has gone while I read the instructions. Please help.

I purchased a Galaxy Tab 2 just to control my home theater but found the Peel app to be very slow and limited in functionality, then I found this...I cant believe I used Peel for as long as I did when this was around all along. I was a bit apprehensive about the $19 price but it is worth every penny. I love that the buttons are customizable and that Im able to launch my XBMC remote app AND change the input with a single button press. It has taken a few hours to get everything just how I wanted it but that is more my fault than the app. I would recommend this to anyone, the learning curve is only as steep as you want it to be!

Perfect controller for the techie in us all

I couldn't believe I had an old Sony CD player I bought 10 yeas ago. I lost the remote and paid $50 for a new remote... I than lost that remote. This app was $20 and the team added my device less than 12 hours after receiving my request. Can't say enough good things about this whole app and the support team. 5 stars easy!

Works great, would give 5 stars, but all MY DEVICES WERE DELETED AFTER UPDATING. Lame.

Great support via email and great tutorials on website. Great customization and discrete codes included. Simple user interface and a few themes included. Love the link to app capabilities.

I wish this app would open to remote instead of menu screen. See the red circle on the remote? Touch that to open up custom settings like adding buttons. This is not explained well. Take your time setting this up and read the instructions. Really a remote for my TV etc not just a novelity. This Dev has their s#*t together. Make sure you click the link on Google play when you get the app so you DL the instructions. Makes life much easier. Only remote I have that will control my cable conv box from mediacom.

Tried some of the free remotes available and they are no comparison to the TouchSquid. Once you get the hang of how to set it up it works perfectly. Also, for the inquiries I made with TS, the support team responded very quickly with relevant information. Very happy with the purchase!

Dont waist time do not download iv tryed to use it all day its irritating I dont like it I want my refund how do I get my moeny back?

This over-priced app is ugly to look at. There's no help or tutorials available in the app, and documentation is scattered all over several web sites. Some of the preferred functions are only available in the pro version, but this is kept a secret till after you pay. Confusing to use, nothing about this app is user-friendly or intuitive. Having said all that, it does work and offers more than most of the others if you are willing to spend many hours figuring it out. This app is not for the technically challenged, which oddly enough is who it would do the most good for.

This is a very complicated app. Could not figure out how to program anything... It said it had a 30 day refund but I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work, and now that it's too crazy to work I can't get my refund. Really disappointed and $14 poorer. Worthless...

Fix it

If your phone has the ability to change channels on different devices then you will want the app that gives you the most. Just get it n try it for 15mins and if you don't like it you can get your money back with in the 15 min time limit. But it's worth it.

Works flawlessly once u learn how to set it up..could maybe have a widget that maybe floats from home screen to screen when flippn...that i could touch and move but always stays on whatever screen im on......and voice commands would b sweet!!! Could say a device and command...love ur stuff... the keyboard and mouse r awsome too... nice wrk... canada rocks!!!!

Won't control many of my components. Won't control features of my smart tv. I wish I could get a refund.
