Redtail CRM for Android
Amazingly poor performance. Screen will not scroll properly or will not scroll at all, appointments will not save, activities and calendar continually freezes, navigation is slow and buttons rarely lightup and work. It is unbelievable with the thousands of great app developers available in California Redtail can't find one to design a decent program. Im using a new Galaxy S7edge with extra memory so its not the phone!
Constantly get "no network connection available" when there is and what good is a mobile app if you can't be mobile. Completely unimpressed with RedTail/Tailwag. So sorry I left ebix
Doesn't work when my phone is connected to wifi, I put an activity on one date and it shifts to the day before, no settings options, frequently freezes up during use. Scrap this app and try again!
Mobile app is slow, calendar gives error messages & app constantly crashes.
Won't start every time. Can't scroll down lists. Poor interface.
When saving to the calendar from the app it saves it to the wrong time.
Calendar does not load appts. Signs out every time. Nothing from my pc version shows up on here. Please fix or create a usable app

Redtail check out the excellent calendar app by Highrise.. What good is your calendar if it wont show appts?
The on line platform is fine but the ap is lousy

FREQUENTLY has mobile connection issues. Database not clean on operation / updating. Quality of product is good for 1984. Can't wait til it operates at 1995 quality.
Like much of redtail this thing just stinks. Slow, clunky and i actually think it is causing other server connection problems with my new galaxy s6. Looking for a new crm
Could cost you business just trying to set appointment.... Never so difficult to just open a calendar and book appointment. No service????!! Really? It's a joke.

I cant believe they actually make this app available given how broken it is. Too many bugs and problens to mention. Redtail Tech management, get busy and fix this!!!
Constantly says No Network Available. Every other app on my phone works except this one. Time to demand to my company that we switch to another CRM.

We pay a lot of money for this CRM. Would be nice if the app worked since retriever doesnt work with the tailwag update. Very dissapointing
I have all kinds of trouble with this app. It says invalid login while I'm logged in and using the calendar. It locks up and won't scroll to the bottom 1/2 of screen unless I log out and log back in. It's also slow.
Does not show all appointments. Constantly goes down when logging in. Being told they are working on it but don't think it's a high priority. Would like to not have to log into browser all the time to use this product.
My colleagues use this app on their iPhones and it is much more functional. I have limited access to my CRM data. I am constantly getting logged out of the app and having to login. This app is a waste of time. I always login to my CRM through my browser on my phone.

Can't use unless using data. Have to disable Wi-Fi in order to log in.
Never have I seen "no network connection " so much it's ridiculous when I can't even open the app. Especially since I'm paying for a subscription you would think it would work but doesn't.
Does not leverage any of built-in android functions. Can't schedule an appointment through the android calendar. Redtail should consider outsourcing their app design. Needs to work more like Google apps or MS Exchange to be useable.
The app barely works. You aren't able to scroll any page down, check accounts, etc. NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS

I found the mobile browser to be better tham the app. The app cut my battery life in half...with a Galaxy S6 Active. That's saying something.
Mobile app doesnt work at all. Appointments were not showing up in the calendar on the mobile app. Called Redtail. Redtail has provided no help or support despite several calls. "They're working on it" Now I cant put appointments in via the mobile app at all. Called CS again and again no help was available. CS has no answers or suggestions. Im using a Galaxy S3 if that helps anyone. I have to go to the full sight from my phone to do everything. Its cumbersome and slow but appears to be working for now.
I haven't been able to open app for over a month with out the error message. What a disappointment.

The app is well enough laid out but that's where its utility ends. Accessing full client information or even the full day's calendar requires multiple attempts with app shutdowns and restarts. I'm certainly looking forward to better mobil utility for our company!
