The Hiring Manager app provides highly categorized data that makes it easy for you as an HR to identify candidates according to specific categories.

Currently there are categories such as mobile application, web application, e-commerce application, enterprise application, Testing, Digital marketing, Information security, Database, JavaScript, CRM Applications, E-learning, BI Applications, ECM Application and SAP Application.

Features include:

User-friendly Tile Interface from which you can select the category
Each category has Active candidates (candidates details from the past 40 days) and Daily candidates
Candidates for different specializations within each category is shown as pie charts.
Each candidate details include job category, place, experience, distance from current location.
Candidate details can be shared through whatsapp, skype, mail, etc..
Candidate details can be sorted according to location,
Data of candidates according to their experience is shown as bar graphs.
The candidate data can be sorted with either date or distance.
