Flaky. Reports system armed when disarmed and doesn't show all status changes. Shows the occasional toggle of arming and disarming but less tham 10% of status changes. Emails bounce from email address listed. I've had to drive half an hour to arm the alarm at work because the app doesn't work.

Works well. Have had no problems.

Good idea, but doesn't track keypad use. since arm/disarm is a toggle, this means you are likely to disarm the system, thinking you are arming it. As others have said - worked one day and never again. Emailed support as suggested. Can't be fixed from keypad.

Works well. But sometimes takes a bit longer to confirm locked/unlocked. Maybe it's My network.

Makes everything so easy.

UI needs a bit more love. The app has certainly improved but still does not fully follow the Android design guidelines. The header text is too small and not vertically centered on my HTC One M8. The dot menu uses an unusual icon. And instead of this really huge icon for the lock plus the big round Arm/Disarm button, one could easily combine multiple alarm locations on a single sleek overview screen with simple on/off sliders for each location. Google specifically publishes the UI guidelines to give developers hints on how to build sleek UIs.

Edit: I owe Permaconn a sincere apology. The problems I was having with this app were due to my alarm security company and not Permaconn. When they installed the wireless communicator to my system they did something to trigger the trouble light and now it's damaged. Now the security company want to charge me $850 for a new keypad even though they broke it and refuse to fix it.

After the upgrade, the arm and disarm icon disappear. Its not working now.
