Basics of the app is fine. Downside is that the app doesn't see my external sdcard. Also when copying all files from SDcard to USB device you need to cancel overwrite per file iso cancel for all. Please change this in the app and I can give 4 stars iso 3

Fails to connect to the FileHub so its absolutely useless. Can connect via the browser but this gives limited functionality. I would not have bought the RavPower FileHub if I knew the app didn't work.

Ok there are some slight rough edges and app is at time of review 6 mos old. But it is swift and delivers. Doesn't always pick up album art from id3 and some info on the playing screen would be nice, like artist, album etc. I don't like the black theme either, sorry. But for the money, a wifi router, Phone charging media server doesn't come better value than this.

The website says there is a new updated app caller "Ravpower Filehub-Plus", where is it? Where is the update? Needs external 2.5" HDD and SDD support update. Needs more details on function. Needs to be able to check errors and correct them for micro SD cards in card readers. Needs to be able to correct unexpected unmounting from card reader issues. I have unmounting happening out of the blue, and the filehub won't remount it, and because it doesn't correct it, windows won't mound my micro sd cards or see them at all. It's ruined one of my brand new SDHC class 10 64gb cards. I had to purchase recovery software, and I'm having to recover my USB storage & SD cards weekly. I have 2 file hubs because lack of external hard drive HDD and SDD compatibility, and the unmounting happens on both. PLEASE UPDATE. I BEG YOU.

The device itself is fine. Pretty handy. This app is terrible though.

Very mixed review...please have a media section all audio all music all video all picture section i dont want ro have to goto each folder to go through my music....

Doesn't work. States I'm not connected to filehub via WiFi but I can connect to the web based portal just fine.

Horrible app. Does not work with wd-03. Why build an app that doesn't work with all models?

App does not see my sd card on my phone...but sees sd card on tablet. This is a deal breaker because most of my media is on my sd card. Still haven't found out how to share files with my tablet to my phone...more info please. ***Also, wanted to buy more of these devices for my children and friends...but they will never figure out how to upload. *** The app needs to be easier to use and anyone could use it.

Does not see my SD card. Can't rename or manage HDD from device. Only transfers to and from. Make it a little more like a file manager and perfect!?

This is great I just know if more people could know more about this there wont be 10 thousand + de will be 10 million plus,you could charge your phone plus do everthig that shows you here and share it with who you want, all the divices you want from music,movies,ducoments and photos,each divice all at the sametime.

Same here, I'm connected to the ravpower WiFi but have a message telling impossible to connect to my filehub. Just can't use it... Please fix.

Can't log in using the browser, app doesn't see file hub even though I'm connected, rendered file hub useless. Needed to share internet connection, found out it doesn't work with N too late.

Keeps telling me it cannot connect and to check the wifi settings even though I can access the hub through the browser. Uninstalled.

This app would be great if you could transfer whole folders, it's too onerous and slow to do each file one by one. Also not upgraded to 64 bit, Google's new standard for android apps from kitkat and above. This means that one cannot alter or transfer any file unless it's on the internal sd card. Alas there's nothing better, ravpower file hub isn't recognised through regular file directory apps (also not upgraded for kitkat!). Google shouldn't have done it, but now they have time for apps to update.

The UI may be ugly, but honestly I don't mind as all I'm doing anyway is just finding the file I want to play, and opening it with VLC or MX player.

Cannot use this application to access files. Always asks for user password and accepts nothing whatever I change it to. Factory reset - still asks for password - does not accept blank. Can only access it from a browser. This App STINKS!

Constantly having to go between the app and web access to either upload, download, or organization of files. For that much trouble the USB 2.0 port, and filehub should recognize a multi port USB hub connected into the 2.0 port, that can read more than just one USB device at a time. Though this is a great product, it should have more. Thanks :-)

Please make video files have visible thumbnails. It very crucial. If like to see the videos I'm accessing. Only pictures have visible thumbnails

Worked fine with 4.1 android now wants password with 5.1. Is this file hub useless? Fix it

Connected fine, go to the upload file dialog, no option to pick where to upload - blank box, only choice is to cancel. Useless.

Works perfectly with WD02 and KitKat 4.4.2 but no WiFi internet access with android 5.1.(settings screen just flashes by, on web browser settings page, screen freezes.) Strangely,android 5.1 internet OK if using LAN cable to connect to modem/router. App is buggy n not updated. Hope it gets fixed soon as the gadget is pretty good n useful.

Keeps asking for password when trying to browse SD card tried different Android device and no problem. Please fix

The app does not work correctly on my Lenovo Android (KitKat) tablet with a WD03 Ravpower device. Even though the Ravpower IS connected correctly, the app always says that I am not connected and will not show me the Ravpower's attached devices. It keeps opening my WLAN panel and saying I need to connect (the WLAN panel shows that I AM CONNECTED, with a VERY strong signal). I also know I am properly connected because I can use my browser on the tablet and connect to the Ravpower with the 10.10.10. address. I can use the Ravpower with this technique, but cannot see the tablet using it. I almost returned the item because of this (till I tried the browser option). You need to fix this app ASAP!

I've only been using the software for a couple of hours but so far everything seems to be working just fine. Really impressed with how simple everything is. Just plug and play and you're good to go!

Does not work on latest android. Update now works and much better than the web interface

Having issues viewing content in the hardisk, gives error that directory wasn't found.

App no longer connects in Lollipop. Fix it.
