The only problem that I have with this app is that it needs to record just a bit more information. Vaccinations, dog Tag numbers, Rabies number, micro chip number are a few that come to mind quickly.

This app is more about keeping a log while your pet is sick, rather than keeping track of all the info regarding the pet's wellbeing. Nevertheless it might be useful for someone recording the course of a health condition/cure. Not the most pretty and intuitive interface, but it serves its (limited) purpose.
