Pathetic service....fiod not delivered at scheduled station begusarai. No body even responded to my calls. It was already past 10:30 pm. I couldn't get food after that. Worst experience of all time. Not a dependable source.

Hi all, Thought to share a superb experience of Rail Rider. Got awesome veg Biryani delivered in 10 mins @ Surat station. Thank you, Passengers nearby was surprised with such a fast service.

I booked meals to be delivered at nellore station. They cancelled my order and no prior intimation regarding no service at certain stations. Customer care no not reachable. Overall it sucks. Thumbs down. I called their customer care executive and they still didn't return my money.

Lovely service by customer care...provided food hot and fresh even while train was 5 hrs late

EXCELLENT SERVICE Had ordered 6 ice scream scoops at Baroda for friends traveling, didn't know their PNR but Devesh in customer care took care of it and order was delivered in perfect packing perfect time. They even called to inform certain flavor unavailability and replaced those. I even got a call from Devesh to confirm if the delivery was made. Thanks rail rider

We were travelling from mumbai to Amritsar from Golden temple We booked lunch at Kota ...n got very nice N Special Jain Food SO for Jain its best Rail Rider help line no is very easily available n helpful

Why the hell the customer care doesn't pick up the call ...have ordered the food but no response

Worst services.....

Booked order.....after train reached at the station... No one was there to deliver the food.. I called 4 times to customer care.. But thay were talking like they were serving free food service with no responsibilities... Train stopped at least 1 hour at jhansi station.. But No Food... No Dinner... Only waiting and starving.... Pathetic service ever..

I used this coz I got pissed off by travel khana since they delivered the wrong menu but at least they delivered unlike these idiots. DoNt do it if u can't...naukri karlo. Tumhari bas ki nahi hai. U could have informed beforehand if can't deliver at least I would have ordered from pantry but it's too late for that as well. Have sleep with empty belly coz of u morons.

I had ordered food at Vadodara station which was fully paid however got partial order delivered and no refund for undelivered item.

The main reason to use an app like this would be to avoid the poor quality of food in the train. But if what they deliver is equally bad, what's the point? OD00043178 OD00043183

Food was very tasty and affordable, was delivered on time, station name : Ahmadabad, restaurant name : Fresh yes, would recommend to book without second thought and plz get in touch with customer care to make sure your order is confirmed for sure

i order 250gm of rice with 100 gms of raita. I was hardly delivered 200gms of rice and there was no raita along with it. I still paid the person who delivered in full just so that he doesn't have to pay it from his pocket. When i asked customer care about this 2 times, both times i was given a response that we are looking into the issue and will get back to you. But no one ever got back to me. I will never order from this app again. Hope no one else wastes their money either.

Firstly, as I have already mentioned to the customer service that i don't have change with me, so plz ask the vendor to come with change. It wasn't done so and it was too difficult to arrange for the cash at railway station. We call food online for our ease. But facing such a problem is really terrible. Secondly the food was pathetic. Malai kofta curry was smelling badly as if it's prepared a month back. And also der was a dead insect inside it.Can't expect any worst service den railrider.

I ordered at vasai for 12217 which reached @9:30 & they explained after 10pm no service and cancelled my order

I have ordered food twice by using this app we will get good food compared to platform but the quantity is less and price is high when compared the relationship.But I was cheated second time by restaurant I ordered chicken fried rice but they delivered veg fired rice. Restaurant people can't see and follow the instructions we have written and finally provide restaurant contact numbers.so that we can directly instruct them what we need exactly.

This app only making chutiyapa.. don't trust this app

If there was zero stars I would have given you'll that as you guys are cheats. I ordered Masala Chicken boneless half and 8 roti from 11077 birth no s3 seat no 10 from new delhi and chicken gravy was completely spilled in the bag and also spoiled the rotis. I threw the entire food and I am going to sleep hungry tonight thanks rail rider I received a feedback call and my call was disconnected when I provided feedback and asked for complete refund

I was traveling in train nos. 12956 Jaipur - Bct Express on 17 july.. I have ordered food from mobile app.it was some sagar restaurant at Ratlam.I guess.My order nos was. OD00036396.Veg Hakka Noodles was hard and oily, instead of Gulab Jambun I got Rasgulla, Instead on Strawberry milkshake. I got small cup of Ice cream. Handi Biryani was too spicy.. Overall Bad Experience.. I called to ur support team. They r saying it's good u got Rasgulla instead of Gulab Jambun.. Wat a response.. Thanks alot...
