About PID Tuner
PID Tuner is a simple tool that gather several PID controller tuning methods.
Ziegler-Nichols (Z&N), Chien, Hrones e Reswick (CHR), Cohen-Coon (CC), Internal Model Control (IMC), Integral of Absolute Error (IAE) and Integral of Time-Weighted Absolute Error (ITAE) methods¹ are available to calculate the controller parameters (Proportional, Integral and Derivative) using the process parameters Gain, Time Constant and Dead Time (Transport Delay).
PID Tuner offers the posibility to compute all methods at once, to the same process.
It allows the user to compare and verify which method is the best for its process.
But Attention, PID Tuner is an application developed to help engineering students to compute controller parameters based on most common methods available, it is only for study purposes.

- CHR: Servo and Regulator(0% Overshoot and 20% Overshoot);

- IAE/ITAE: Servo and Regulator;
