Watch MCP Notification

Watch MCP Notification is a notification service that is specifically designed to give a use to your smartwatch. Watch MCP starts your day with the weather. You will get the current temperature, heat index/wind chill, current conditions, and overnight conditions. After this you will get up to 10 more notifications, one every 30 minutes, starting at the time you specify. They are: Chuck Norris Fact, Inspirational Quote, News Healines, Haiku, Pun, Movie Quote, Random Fact, Tasker Sub Reddit Posts, Dirty Joke, and Riddle. Along with that awesomeness, you can also specify 6 different temperature settings: Hot, Warm, Optimum High, Optimum Low, Cool, and Cold. When crossing these thersholds you will get alerted. This is so you can plan things like "Do I need a jacket?" or "where should I set the AC?" We are also working on alerts for rain/snow/hail/ice. There are WIP, but don't be surprised if you get one and it's spot on.
Note: The ":" in the time is necessary. The time is in 24 hour format.
Also, the weather alerts/threshold crossing alarms only occur during the 6 hr notification period. We are thinking about expanding that to 24 hrs, or a separate time window.
