المصادر التربوية المفتوحة (OER)

في ظل التطور المتزايد والسريع في أنماط التعليم المعزز بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، والحاجة إلى تعزيز قطاع التعليم وتطوير الموارد البشرية للوصول إلى اقتصاد المعرفة. تعد المصادر التربوية المفتوحة أحد الوسائل الهامة التي تسهل الوصول إلى المعرفة وتخلق فرص للتعلم والتعليم بشكل تعاوني وتشاركي مع العالم، وتفتح الباب أمام الجميع للإبداع والابتكار. يهدف هذا المساق إلى زيادة الوعي حول أهمية المصادر التربوية المفتوحة من حيث إنتاجها وإعادة استخدامها وإعادة توزيعها وفق معايير عالية الجودة، ويهدف كذلك إلى تعزيز الممارسات التربوية المفتوحة لتحسين جودة التعليم ومخرجاته بحيث يستطيع المعلم والمتعلم توظيف تلك المصادر في سياقات تعليمية تعزز من مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، وتسهم في التطور المهني للموارد البشرية. ويأتي هذا المساق ضمن الجهود التي تبذلها منظمة اليونسكو في المنطقة العربية لتطوير قطاع التعليم بشكل عام، ولتشجيع إنتاج واستخدام المصادر التربوية المفتوحة العربية في التعلم والتعليم. In light of the increasing and the rapid development of enhanced ICT education patterns, and the need to strengthen the education sector and the development of human resources to gain access to the knowledge economy. Open educational resources is one of the important means to facilitate access to knowledge opportunities for learning and education and create a collaborative and participatory with the world, and open the door to everyone for creativity and innovation. This course aims to raise awareness about the importance of open educational resources in terms of production, re-use and re-distributed according to high quality standards, and also aims at promoting open educational practices to improve the quality of education and its outputs so that the teacher and the learner can employ those resources in educational contexts enhance atheist century skills and contribute to the professional development of human resources. This course is part of the efforts of UNESCO in the Arab region to develop the education sector in general, and to encourage the production and use of open educational resources in Arabic learning and education.
