Won't stay connected to my phone. Battery life is supposed to be upto 5 days yet doesnt last longer then a day and a half. Guess you get what you pay for in this regard.

My wife bought me this as a Christmas gift. My phone initially flagged the app as a Trojan/Malware. I ignored the warning as the band needs the app to function. A day or so later, my phone's bluetooth sharing quit. The app does not sync, inaccurate tracking of steps, sleep is not monitored or tracked in the sleep stats. Good concept, but needs ALOT of work!!!

I was looking forward to using this device to keep track of my steps and fitness activities. It doesn't record anything worked for a couple of weeks then stopped. I wish I could get a refund.

This app totally sucks, this was a total waste of money. I have had this thing installed on several different phones and even tried to transfer information from device to PC and nothing..... If I could rate this piece of crap it would be ---------- 000000000000000 Stars. Please fix

It dosent really take down your actual steps like if your not walking and you move your arm it shows that you are walking and the steps arent exact and it dosent record sometes and it deletes your workout history and pops up when ever it wants to !!!! Please fix this because i really want to use this product !!!!

And sleep mode never seems to work ...unreliable if you are really using to track your activities

So I bought the band and downloaded the app, but the app crashes when I try to set my height. That is so disappointing.

Tracker battery doesn't stay charged; doesn't keep accurate track, if at all;not intuitive;the wrist band is uncomfortable.

The birthday won't set. Can't change to metric. Height defaults to 173 inches - that's over 14 feet tall!!! Ugh. Update this thing.

I really wished they would have tried harder with this app and product. The app is not at all aesthetically pleasing and barely functional words extend over the buttons they're meant to represent and on the "smart alarm" it looks like all the day of the week were just squashed on with no planning. The fitness bands count steps when none are taken which makes me question the reliability of the product. Another major problem that I have is that no matter what I do the band will not wirelessly stay connected!

Doesn't work at all.

I have the LG Tribune and I can to see the full screen. Apparently at the bottom there are options but they are not in frame and I cannot select them. Plz fix. I really want to use this product. After trying for the past three days without word from developer it does not read the device properly. I put it in sleep mode then check my phone after I wake up the next night and no recorded sleep or it display for 2 sec and disappears. I AM throwing this product away.

Cheap band is obviously gunna be low quality, but if this app was better i would give it more stars. Wish it had a different layout and needs a food tracker. Got my moneys worth from the band, hoping an update comes to fix this train wreck of an app.

If i could give less than 1 star then I would. I bought this in a haste half off, now i realize why it was marked down so low. I got my money's worth. If the company ever decides to do a system update then I will allocate more stars.

It doesn't stay connected, the alarm does work, it counts steps while sitting still, and counts almost nothing when moving around. I'm shocked that a device and app could be designed so terribly, yet have such a high MSRP.

Has not worked since day 1. Losses data often, unreliable, difficult to navigate program/when you can get it to open. My wife's fit bit has never had issues. Don't buy this wannabe.

Works but let's talk about the main points... -paid only $16 for new device (definitely don't pay over $20 or you will be mad) -works but far from perfect -pressing mode button twice and counting vibrations is how you change modes (little lame) -sleep mode is sometimes hard to set and wish app would allow you to turn off sleep mode instead of waiting for 10 minutes of movement -debating keeping it and feeling bad for anyone that paid $50 -step counts are exaggerated, makes me feel healthy but its a lie!

It freezes a lot. Sometimes the info will get deleted and will restart from zero. But mostly it freezes and crashes, and it is mighty difficult to manage to stablish a connection between the band and the app

Got my phone connected works fine now

In theory. This product is great! In actuality, it doesn't work. It never stays connected to my blue tooth and therefore it never has my information for me. When it finally does connect it goes through and relives all the past notifications my phone has received for the day. The sleep quality just tells me my sleep was GOOD, but doesn't give me how long I slept or quality. Wish I would have read the review prior to buying this product.

Will be returning tomorrow, have tried, unsuccessfully, to pair to phone. Will not stay paired at all. Don't waste your money

On average 20x per hour it's asking me to pair with the device. Very frustrating! And the daily display is normally 0 or just plain wrong. Very bummed.

I don't know if its the app entirely but it's garbage regardless. It rarely syncs, thinks I'm walking while I'm driving or sitting, never knows when I'm sleeping. Shame on Sharper Image for selling this junk.

Never worked. Still shows 0 steps 0 sleep. Everything is 0 which is what i would give in stars if they allowed. Horrible product. Return!!!

Alarm Getting Crazy App Don't Work.

Not good at all...

I'm returning it for no reason this really loud alarm goes off. It does not accurately keep track if my steps.

It will never stay connected. I have tried to uninstall and re-install several times.

Won't sync with phone. Alarm and steps don't work. Xmas present as well. I feel horrible for everyone who spent $50 on this product to give as a gift, but when the free app is downloaded, boring world as advertised. Worst product/app ever.

I got this as a gift, and it never stays connected. I called the company and they kept telling me I didn't have it charged. Then they said they have been hearing the same problem a lot lately. So they had me screenshot it not being connected. Now when I called back they told me I had to send it in and it would take 2 to 3 weeks to be returned. I just sent it Friday. So we will see what kind if work they do. If they can't fix it I rather get a better brand.

I also received as a Christmas present from my wife. It has not worked YET. Nothing. I called Customer Service and the foreign gentlemen told me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Then call back later if it doesn't work. What a joke. It is getting returned today!! JUNK KNOCKOFF.
