There is a leader-board and all the members are listed on it now its very simple the top 3 people get the prizes when the timer runs out!
To climb higher up the leader-board you need bolts to get bolts you watch ads in the get bolts section.
If you win a Giveaway your bolts are set to 0 and wins are increased but if you don't win your bolts stay the same this is to give everyone a chance to win :P
