About Mozaic GO
Watch your favorite videos, TV series and programs on the move with Mozaic GO. Whenever you want and wherever you are in Qatar you can now enjoy unlimited video streaming from Mozaic On Demand Clubs library.
This application and service is free of charge for any Next Generation Mozaic TV subscribers. You need to subscribe to the particular Clubs on the Next Generation Mozaic TV to be able to watch the content.
How to login to Mozaic GO
Use your Mozaic TV Account Number and the Account PIN to login to Mozaic GO. You can find this number on your main Mozaic TV service by following these steps:
1. Press Set on your remote control
2. Select System Information
3. Select STB Information.
Another way of getting these details; you can call Ooredoo help line, 111, to find out your Mozaic TV Account Number and the Account PIN
Note:
• You need to subscribe to Next Generation Mozaic TV service to be able to access Mozaic GO app.
• You need to subscribe to any of the Mozaic On Demand Clubs to watch the content on Mozaic GO
• Mozaic GO can be used on maximum of 3 devices simultaneously
• Mozaic GO works best with devices running Android 4.3 and “Data” APN

• Mozaic GO shows ‘You have reached the maximum number of connected devices”
o Log out from the device that is currently connected to Mozaic GO. To do this, hold the home button, scroll to Mozaic GO, then swipe right Mozaic GO. This will terminate the session immediately. Go to your other device and enter your Next Generation Mozaic TV account number.
• I can not login
o You need the Next Generation Mozaic TV account number to log in. This number can be found by navigating the Account screen on your TV menu or Ooredoo Help Line, 111.
• Mozaic GO kept crashing.
o Please log out from the application and reset your device. Launch the application and login.

The app used to work perfectly but recently its just started going downhill. It keeps crashing without any reason and the few times it works the live button doesn't work so i cant use the remote. I have the mozaic remote but thats just crap!

there is alot to do ...can't watch bein sports and the other channels there is only 7 channels i guess which stops frequentlt when you start streaming

Channels provided are not the ones subscribers watch on a regular basis.It also does not telecast the sports channels which show live matches.Need more than this to be rated as good application
