At the moment I can only give 2 stars, which can only change when and only when my Dr's Practice gets to grips with it and allows the app's full features to be used, also it needs much work to improve it too, I was only able to order one item at a time and not use messages either God knows how the Doctors will get on writing out so many prescriptions. ???????? bring back the 'Patient access app.. was much better!!

As of today I have been able to log in and use properly on my tablet until today for some reason it kept throwing me out and on my Samsung mobile and I have had to use my old Blackberry mobile so hopefully this will last now. I find it really handy to order tabs and read notes. If it keeps up I will come back with a 5.

Patient Access was loads better. This needs a lot of work. - Doesn't remember username. Being able to log in with my fingerprint would be fantastic. - Can't order multiple repeats at once. A simple checkbox would solve this. - Pointless for booking appointments; always seems to shows as 'no appointments' or you've gone to far ahead. Much quicker to phone and that's saying something. Awful app.

Has not been updated since 2015!!!! It's useful but not intuitive at all. It would be OK if it were a beta or early access program. Things that need fixing. 1) needs to offer to remember your username 2) needs to not log you out immediately if you move off it momentarily. that's not how people use their phones these days, they multi task. 3) the way you order repeat prescriptions is ridiculous. as others have suggested a list of medications an some check boxes. the current system is fine for one medication but if you have to order a few it's absurd. Needs a lot of work. barely functional. when i had the patient access app i would order meds whilst out walking, now i can't imagine doing it anywhere else than on the website.

Why can't I use a password manager? I don't see a need to have to enter both my username and password every time I want to use it. Even more so with a muscle memory password. Typing it on a non physical keyboard isn't too good

Basic things which expose a lack of development experience such as not telling you the password rules before hand. This is quite literally infuriating as you go through multiple passwords being told each rule as you violate it - took me 4 attempts to choose a password it was happy with. The website is poor also, actually just not working with a very basic design. You need to employ someone with more user interface experience to work on your front end.

For those wanting to order more than one repeat medication at a time, you can do it in this app. Just press and hold the first item (rather than just click), then press and hold the next one and so on until all are selected. Admittedly it could have been made more intuitive, but it seems to have worked for me. The app is a simplified version of the online website, but useful nonetheless. I use it for more than one person, and have done so without any problem. The only downside I can see is that it only shows appointments over the next 2 weeks, and for my surgery at least that doesn't usually include my own or the partner GPs, just locums etc. Perhaps intentional by the practice in order to spread the workload?

Very simple thing, allow it to remember username and passwords. Its the most annoying thing about the app. Having said that, I am grateful this app exists...I just find it tiresome logging in

Useful app to check ones appointments, also useful to check medication. The biggest problem with this app is you have to enter username and password each time you login. Deleted app as update useless.

The app supports only 2 features from the several accessible options on desktop - booking and prescriptions. Of those 2, the app found no bookings available but logging on desktop did. The search prompts are missing text, the interactive UI is poor. I'm sorry, I know some of it will be down to what the gp allows to be configured but this app is pretty much useless!

Would greatly benefit from having a tick box selection for prescription reordering. As a pharmacist having to process each item a form at a time, this is stupidity. Could be so much simpler to use.

Dreadful. It may be that this is down to the practice but so far there are no doctors appointments showing just the phlebotomist (although you have to know that as it's not marked)... I suspect lots of people will book these appointments in error. On top of that the appointments I can see using the online web system are different to those shown in the app. Also there is no option to remember your login details. Avoid like the plague and use the website instead (also hopeless but less hopeless than this).

I'm incredibly confused. Detailed Record and Test Results are available to me on the website, but not the app. Are there two different back-ends? Utter madness.

Unable to book an appointment. Having to request every medication separately instead of tick boxes. Was able to do both but not anymore. FIX IT PLEASE.

This app is shocking, straight out of 2001. It's 2018 you know!

Unable to log in said can not connect all the time what's the point! Don't waste your time!

I have to order a lot of different items in one go. A tick box next to each item then a request button would save me requesting each item separately. This would take me seconds to do, rather than a minute or so. You can do it the tick box way on my laptop but not the App version. Good app though, I hope they add this option. Remember Password option would be helpful too. I'd probably stick to my Laptop for these reasons, but good as a backup if I need to urgently request an item and I'm away from my laptop.

It would be great to remain signed in and to have a notification/alarm to come on 30mins or an hour before appointsments to remind us. This should help to reduce the number of missed appointments. Also a notification for when something in our patient record changes.

Great app and features but please please please add a remember me option for just the user name. User names are huge and having to type in every single time is a total pain. Also, I have access to medical records on the website but the app doesn't allowe to see them??

Need option to remember user name. And just one thing can't seem to find answer. When request records does it show all what is held on my records? Not just at my current GP, and once got permission does it stay there or do only have certain amount of time to view it? Not very mich information is provided in this area in app or website systemone or my GP website.

As others have commented, login could be automated for those who want, and repeat prescriptions is an item by item process, which would be better with tick boxes (like the Web site). Also, I can't see how to book an appointment, only review what I've booked via the Web.

The website works better. Doesn't remember my username, can't order a medication except one at a time (which my GP upset because it ment multiple signatures and a whole load of extra printed paper. Needless to say I stopped using it. I now phone in for appointment and request represcriptions through the web. I suggest reviewing the app and making it a wrapper app for the website

Some people may *want* to have to log in each and every time that they use the app, and I guess that makes it more secure, but I (and I doubt I'm alone!) would much prefer that the app remembered my login details! If someone steals my tablet and manages to get past its security, the thief being able to see what medication I take and whether I have any doctors appointments booked would be the least of my worries!

Can't use a password manager with this. If you switch focus to another app this one will forget what you typed or pasted in the logon fields. So if you switch to your password manager to copy your password, this app will forget the username. And it does not remember your logon, so you have to logon every time you open the bloody app. Pathetic. Even my banking apps dealing with money won't behave like this, I can set a Pin or use my fingerprint on my banking app but not this one. Useless.

For some reason this app regularly refuses to let me log in, repeatedly tells me I have the wrong log in and password details when I know they are right. Driving me nuts. I rue the day my docs changed to this app as their old system was much easier to use. I think I shall order online through my chemist in future.

The app works ok but not really any quicker than going online. Please add fingerprint recognition as it would make the app much faster to use.

On way back from Vietnam tomorrow....first attempt at using systmonline on my tablet and, guess what...."unable to connect". How is it I can use it happily on pc at home but it doesn't work when I really need it? Any answer?

This has the potential to be amazing. I just wish my clinic didn't disable all the features and waiting times were shorter than 3 weeks!

I've used it for sometime now and really has come on a lot, biggest issue, got to remember an 11 digit number that I can't change or the app will store. Please address this asap

Repeat prescription ordering is a breeze. Booking appointments through the App is impossible.

This app does not remember your login details. Therefore, you have to enter your username and password every time to open it. The app should have settings to save details to device, so you don’t have to remember your details all of the time. Mobile apps should save you time, but in it’s present format this one clearly doesn't.

The app doesn't even remember your login name. It doesn't show most of the information that I can see via the Web site.

Absolute rubbish, like others have said, use Web site instead, they should start again.

Revised review from 1* to 4; just wouldn't accept login at first but tried following day and now works fine. Would be handy if it remembered your username though.

Wont let me login, always says unable to connect even through wifi. It was ok when the app actually worked

Drop down to choose between patients i.e. me, mum and dad wouldn't show options to select. Uninstalled. The website has been kicking me out when selecting between patients. Receptionist cant help either and reluctant to contact the company arghhh

Suddenly this app broke. Unable to connect errors on both my phone and tablet. Have uninstalled and I'm currently using the webpage which has a better layout, clearer and easier to use.
