EagleEyes(Lite)

Every few days i get the "ip not accessible" error. Can't trust this software. Or is it the hardware? Anyone know any solution for this? it's a pain when you want to check something urgently.

I keep on getting "IP not accessible" error when I try to access outside of the house. Tried to reset and it worked once but not after. This just started happening last week. Frustrating!

Few days already the apps can not connect, "ip not accessible" i use oneplus 3t, and android 8.0.. I think the problem is the OS android 8.0 because i have the other phone oneplus 3 and still OS android 7.1.1 and work properly, no problem

The server is it down? Can't login my account. My internet connection very strong, but message said server not connected.

Still same problem. Cannot work for playback event. Pls fix and update for this apps versions

Works GREAT!! Suggest that people understand the app before they complain. NEVER have had a problem and will continue to purchase AVTECH.

garbage. All money down the drain on their equipment. The app and avt are a complete joke. No straight answer just a bunch of repetitive protocol that does not work. Every thing workes for a few weeks when purchased then all of a sudden app goes full braindead. Useless and no signs of a fix. Seems like the company has only made it possible for the newest newest phones to be able to use app. I am digusted and feel like puking everytime i see the app tab or equipment in room. No matter what i do. ALL TROUBLE SHOOTERS, both app and device will live in "IP ADRESS IS NOT ACCESSIBLE" for eternity.

This app does not work anymore on my Samsung S7 when not on home wifi. Your update did nothing as I still cannot access home cameras when out.

IP address not accessible since last update. 3/8/2018, still no help or solution from Avtech. Won't buy Avtech again when I upgrade.

Used to work fine, but now just stops working when trying to playback, tried on various devices, same result, app now useless!

Nowadays modems doesnt allow us to custimize it for this app.. It needs deeper settings to be able to use it. Due to comercial side of static ip etc. For money market of providers product. Otherways it works fine with old generations of modems.

Have been this for months with no problem, then suddenly apps stops working with samsung s8 on 25july2017. The message from the apps shows "your device does not support this function. Please visit eagle eye website". I visit the web but it landed on the main page with no solution

avtech dvr already program ddns for eagleeyes app to remote dail in...all system ok...but still can't view on app for moblie data

It works again after upgrade the DVR software. Go to advance configuration. Upgrade software through internet????
