The idea behind Bein Connect is to watch the games freely wherever you are. First of all, every Saturday during the English Premier League games the broadcast is disrupted with a silly message that sorry you are not subscribed (How come??!! And only for the important Saturday games?) Another thing, the app keeps on crashing on multiple platforms (S7 Edge and PS4) and I end up not watching any game !!! When I try to contact their call center, I end up with people who are not knowledgeable with their own products and insisting that it is because Bein Connect customers are not allowed to access the sports channels (WTH??!!!) So failure after failure for the 2nd year in a row I am subscribing. You manage to let me miss all of the important games and end up walking down the streets to find a place instead of staying comfortably wherever I am !!

I have note 8 and its not supported the video loads but never run only black screen appears, from other people comment its seems iam not the only o e with this problem

Disaster. App won't start with any android device. Customer support is completely useless. Waste of time and money.

I have 2 mobiles S8+ and HTC one and this app dont work on either of them

this version is not working with data packaged , I have to connect to Wi-Fi to watch the channels , iam really struggling to watch matches because I don't have Wi-Fi to connect, please advise if I can change any setting use my data packaged to watch the channels

Very bad management the app does not work and also have paid it but money gone down the dran. Very disappointed.

I have samsung galaxy s8+ and the live football video is not working after the update ... it's buffering till 100% then there is only a black screen . I need an explanation please and fix this problem asap

Can't sign in to my account.. It shows me that an email or password is invalid but I can access my account from the laptop.. The app doesn't work without VPN.

waste of money, sometimes the app doesnt work, or specific channel not broadcast the match, as well theres latency the match is 30+ seconds late from live streaming

Stream is 3 minutes late no matter the internet speed. Stupid 2 devices only rules. Some PL matches on Saturday are not available

Doesn't open despite correct credentials. Will uninstall now. Advise others not to install it.

Although I am A Bein subscriber , this damn apps keeps refusing to start and crashes on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.

It was working on the old phone . Now its not working on my S8+ Samsung . I dont know why ... since i removed the account from the old phone. Anyone can help me ??

It suddenly stopped loading on my phone. Going to unsubscribe and go to the pirated sites. What's the point of paying you money and then anyways watching on pirated sites.

Not working in new android phones , and the company doesn't respond to this complain . I called them but they said it works !

Poor application Live show is not working, it shows 100% buffering and then start over again ! Please fix this issue to enable us to watch our beloved bein.

App does not work properly on rooted devices, support staff has no clue that android apps can only been installed on Android phones only, and issue still exists and had to uninstall the app

Absolutely pathetic service. Half of the time it doesn't connect and whenever it doesn't they don't have rights to telecast the match. For sure won't be renewing the service

سألت فى السابق عن اسباب عدم تفعيل ال bein connect فى مصر. و كانت اجابتكم... لاسباب خارجة عن ارادتكم. السؤال التالى... و ليه ما تبذلوا المزيد من الجهد لتلافى هذه الاسباب. مثل ما فعلتم بخصوص دفع مبالغ التجديد عن طريق منافذ فورى و اونلاين.... الجهد يبذل للعطاء و ليس للأخذ فقط يا بين سبورت

Berry bad most games not available with the subscription. They are lying and don't provide any explanation or customer service.

Never worked as it should work , always said having problems try again later ?!??!?! When i should try after the match finish ?!?!?? And its a paid app?!?

Galaxy S8 not supported. The video will not load even if you wait. They have no fixed the issue since the S8 came out. They have horrible costumer support. They do not have a community manager that keeps in touch with costumer needs. Just because you have a monopoly doesn't mean you should be so inconsiderate of your costumer's concern.

Very very poor app. Taken money for subscription and provided this scrap app that doesn't work at android galaxy s8+. Unfortunately we are here in middle East don't have another option instead of bein sport, otherwise would have subscribed.

Doesn't work on s7 android. App worked fine a long time ago but now they've speed showing Saturday 3pm games and the mobile app is trash. Good job

The app has an Ok design but lacks in features like recording for later viewing, a clear and understandable tv guide, the ability to set alerts easily for games and customize alerts based on teams or leagues... Bein can do a lot with this since they practically have the rights to every league.. On the plus side the streaming is very good.. And one thing i don't understand is why some football matches are shown as basketball matches in the description.. The app is a mess, only reason i installed is for the lack of alternatives

The latest update on android was a disaster. It stopped working. Kindly restore the previous version for Android users!

very bad management by bein. for example i have 4 accounts under the same id #. so basically. they can't treat u as a customer they will treat u as a card holder. !!!!

More features should be added like choosing the video quality. Video quality is bad and there is no way to close the application, other than the phone app manager.

The app is not working. What a waste of subscription fees. So now I will have to search for an illegal source to watch the games.

The worst app ever. It's been two weeks I'm not able to connect with any new device and in the same time I cannot delete any old device. Which means I basically cannot watch any channel. Extremely disappointed
