Fox Soccer 2 Go

Extremely poor video quality. This is unacceptable in today's marketplace. Don't even bother wasting your time and money with this one. No Chromecast support too.

Ghosting, Freezing, Jumping from minute 32 to 11 and be stuck there and a lot of other gimmicks that make you believe you are back in the dial up age. (and it has nothing with my connection or any other BS to do). Not a serious app!

Tried to set up a subscription to watch a match on the go... Website doesn't play video on my smartphone, and the app won't acknowledge that I have a subscription - even after I have paid. Have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and tried logging out and logging back in and still says "No Subscription". Fox talks a big game about their coverage, but this app is proof that they refuse to put their money where their mouth is.

Bad controls on the app, doesn't keep me logged in, and only supports limited applications. I'm canceling my subscription and going to find another soccer provider! Only reason it has two starts is at least they put some effort in creating a live soccer solution, but its worthless if you can't use it on the devices you need to!

In this day and age, the fact that Fox fails so horribly at streaming video is inexcusable. I'd like to watch just one game where the video doesn't quit on me and the stream become unavailable.

No chromecast support is just sad at this point. Besides the other issues with quality the fact that there is still no cc support is telling. you want my money? all you have to do is drop in that piece of code. in the meantime, I'll find other avenues.

On multiple devices, using multiple different wifi signals. This app is awful, but it is the only option for using this service I already paid for.

If Fox wants me to subscribe, well there have to get a much better picture quality, i'm not willing to pay for a service where the picture quality sucks. I get better picture quality from other European channels. Why can't Fox improve on the picture quality???

No previous games available glitch is killing me. Also I can see tons of live scores, but not one game is listed as watch live... not good for my money.

This app crashes more than any I've ever had. Very difficult to rely on. Would not recommend it to a friend

So the current version of your app (a) does not run on tablets (b) produces "Cannot play this video" or straight-up "can't open this live stream" constantly. Were you planning to actually support Android at some point or is this the expected level of "support"?

The variety of content this app grants access to is wonderful. Bundesliga, UCL and Europa Leagues, FA Cup, etc. But the fact that I pay $20/month for an app that does not have Chromecast capability is absurd. NBC Sports app has it, FuboTV has it. And the combined cost of those two apps is less than this Fox app. The app is also buggy. It's a 50/50 chance everything will work properly when you open it. Can't give this more than an average rating until it is consistent, and chromecast compatible.

Does not open live games, only archived videos. 1 start as it doesn't do its basic function. Spent first half of the game trying to connect and seeing it fail. Other live streaming apps work fine on my phone. Will update if things get better. Also, FYI, $10 first month, then $140 will be charged for 1 year.

Overall great app. Lots of games from different leagues and tournaments. The video streaming quality is good, doesn't buffer like other apps, the actual quality of the video isn't perfect, but I saw 4/5. It's clear, but not crystal clear. And the delay seems to be as close as it can get to 100% live. Other apps have a 2-3 minute delay. Good app, could always be improved, though.

The app just looks like a cluster with a really poor design, flow of the app is horrific. Many features that are available on most modern apps like casting, are missing. Shame on you Fox Sports, just like your website that still uses Flash... A company that is such in 2006.

Especially for 100 dollars a year I would expect better video quality. It doesn't even look good on my phone. Stinks because it's the only way to watch many of the bundesliga games.

App does not install on two of my samsung tablets (incompatible), works only on my samsung 5 phone. When phone hdmi is connected to normal hdtv the image is of vely low quality, lower than sdtv even, and seemengly runs at lower than usual frame rate. Unless you plan to use only phone - dont waste your money on that.

The apps are garbage. 50% of the time the games don't load. 100% of the time they do load the resolution is trash. Why does Fox even market this still? It's as if they have abandoned it.

This is just for CONCACAF tournaments and Champions League. You can watch Rugby but im sure thats not why you want to subscripe. This costs way too much for things we can get for cheaper. If it had europe games itll be worth it. But sadly it doesnt... greedy Fox as always. I hate this app and I shouldve known. Goodbye.

Little laggy sometimes but I still like being able to watch games on demand even if I have to pay for it. What I really really really want to see is the ability to cast games from my app to my Chromecast. That would be great!

Live games error out 100% of the time. Other videos occasionally play but consider yourself lucky when they do. Complete disappointment.

Videos stop playing while audio continues. Streams crash and won't load again even with app restart. Terrible video quality. No Chromecast support. Just a terrible app all-around.

The live video feature works if you're looking for a game and you're a cord-cutter. News feed and previous game videos don't work.

Worst app of its kind. Fox please get out of the soccer business. You are horrible at it!

Using google credentials to log in on the website, and i can't log into my account on the app. App only allows users to sign in with a basic username and password. Will fix the score if I get a chance to log in and use the app.

I try to play the video on my phone and it won't work

I have never been able to get the app to work on my phone. I have a samsung galaxy s4. Despite customer service telling me to reinstall the app it will still not play any game. I have asked for a refund but they continually ask me the same questions over and over and over.

I have been looking forward to watching bundesliga games starting this 2015-16 season. If Chromecast compatibility is put in place, myself and many other fans would gladly pay for the subscription.

I have to uninstall and redownload this app every time I want to watch something (on a brand new smart phone). So unless your favorite phrase is "Data not available" you're wasting your money with this service. Customer service is also never helpful. They really need to update to (at least) being able to stream directly to Chromecast in order for it to have better quality. If it didn't have so many issues I would subscribe to it all year.

Seems to work just fine most of the time, except when there are several important matches played at once. Live stream doesn't play and is horrific quality even with good WiFi. Definitely not worth the subscription cost.

I'm blown away on how hard it is to catch up on world soccer games in the US. Don't have cable so thought I could get away with finding an app that could give me my soccer Jones. I have 0 problems paying to watch something I love but from Sling TV, to Klowdtv and now to this waste of time app. I don't get it? How do you put out such a terrible app and get away with it? Stay in business with it? You wanna make millions??!! Come out with a beautiful soccer app that actually works!

There are so many good streaming apps out there, including Fox's own Fox Sports Go. Why are you using such outdated technology for this? For the amount you charge for the subscription, you should be able to put out a decent app. Instead you have the worst one, by far.

This app has great content but has the worst maintenence I've ever seen on any app. Apparently the people who are in charge of it don't know how to update and maintain the app. 90% of the time it crashes I pay for a service that barely works and the screwed up part is they don't give you a refund. If this would've been an app for NFL or NBA or even MLB you better believe they would've been all over it fixing whatever bugs it had and to maintain it. But nope not soccer the world's sport.

Very poor quality video. Choppy and freezes every few seconds. Very poor picture quality. I'm using an Internet connection that is very fast. I've tested it out, and I could stream 3 things at once. So it's not me. You can only watch over computer or app. No tablet or roku options. Horrible product.

So am now able to stream my content, but the resolution and general streaming quality is horrible. I am not joking when I say you would need to pay mgr to watch events using this service. So frustrating to use.

Ok, match line ups not bad, but keep getting error playing video. Email response from support is quick, but keep telling me to do general generic stuff that I do before I contact them. And now...no cast to option. This needs to happen really soon for chrome cast. Almost over spending the money for something I can't get the most out of.
