You can restart XBMC without a reboot in OpenELEC.
This is a quicker way to restart a freezed XBMC instead of full reboot.
Can also restart or power off the device.
This application needs the SSH service active in the remote host.

Tested on Kodi - restart works (reboots the pc), restart xbmc doesn't - presumably it just needs an updated command after the name change? Nice idea.
