Found this app functional at Etisalat Dera business center. However staff there was not fully aware of such app and how it functions. It all comes back to employee training which Etisalat surely lacks. The app could have been better especially if it can show how many waiting customers are behind the ticket.

I have no clue why I even booked an appointment of i was going to wait for everyone to get done.. And the wait times are unreal, 6 minutes per person is more like 16 minutes per person.

Each and every 30 to 40 mins a i get the message retail Q application has stopped working. Please fix the issue
