TCN é o aplicativo da campanha Todos Com a Nota, do Governo do Estado de Pernambuco. A campanha possibilita a troca de documentos fiscais por pontos num cartão magnético. Com pontos no cartão, o cidadão pode adquirir ingressos em jogos de futebol no estado.

Usando o app, o usuário cadastrado na campanha pode adquirir ingressos do Todos Com a Nota para os jogos de futebol realizados em Pernambuco, cujos mandantes são Náutico, Santa Cruz ou Sport.

The campaign enables the exchange of tax documents in a points card. With points on the card, the citizen can purchase tickets at football games in the state.

Using the app, the user registered in the campaign can purchase tickets from All With Notes for football games held in Pernambuco, whose principals are Nautico, Santa Cruz or Sport.
