Design Manager App. aims to promoting green building practices in Palestine and its main functions are:
a. Cost estimation for greening and traditional construction for small buildings projects.
b. Guide line and help tool for Palestinian to make the concept of green construction understandable.

Main decisions in relation to ambitions in energy-efficiency, sustainability, economic feasibility and occupants’ participation take place in the first, or the initiative phase.
