ประมวลรัษฎากร

ประมวลรัษฎากร เป็นชื่อของกฎหมายภาษีอากรฉบับหนึ่ง มีผลใช้บังคับโดยพระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้ประมวลรัษฏากร พ.ศ. 2481 กฎหมายฉบับนี้เดิมเป็นที่รวมของกฎหมายภาษีอากรสำคัญหลายประเภท

ปัจจุบันเป็นที่รวมของกฎหมายภาษีอากรเพียง 4 ประเภทด้วยกันคือ
ประเภทที่หนึ่ง ภาษีเงินได้ แบ่งเป็นภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา และภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล ภาษีนี้จัดเป็นภาษีทางตรงประเภทหนึ่ง
ประเภทที่สอง ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
ประเภทที่สาม ภาษีธุรกิจเฉพาะ
ประเภทที่สี่ อากรแสตมป์ จัดเป็นภาษีทางอ้อมประเภทหนึ่ง
ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีธุรกิจเฉพาะเป็นระบบภาษีใหม่ที่นำมาบังคับใช้แทนภาษีการค้าตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2535 ภาษีเหล่านี้ล้วนแต่เป็นภาษีทางอ้อมที่เก็บจากฐานการใช้จ่ายบริโภคอุปโภคทั่วไปทั้งสิ้น ภาษีอากรทั้ง 4 ประเภทนี้อยู่ในอำนาจหน้าที่และการควบคุมของกรมสรรพากร Revenue Code One version is the name of the tax law.
