Learn and practice writing Chinese characters with the touch screen of your smart phone. To use it is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Select any Chinese character from the poem or paragraph on top half. A larger character will appear on lower half.
2. Trace the Chinese character with your finger or stylus.
3. Hit Clear button to rewrite or another character to practice another one.
4. Hit the poem title on left to change poem.
5. Hit << or >> to move up or down pages.
20 poems or about 500 characters are loaded in current version (version 1).

A critical component of learning to write Chinese is to learn the correct formation of the strokes for each character. This app unfortunately doesn't have this. Needs further work.

Simplified characters only, only 4 poems to choose from, would be much better to have a full character database so you can practice any character you need. App also offers no feedback and hanzi image for you to model your strokes on is based on computer font not handwriting font, so no help with proper character proportions or stroke order. Unnecessary unhelpful app.
