Film Clapper Board Lite

I have installed it and it is very easy to fill in the details in the relevant boxes. But how to operate it? Tried everything I can think of and it just doesn't work. Back button just takes me out of the app! Touching the screen just opens the nearest text entry box!

No clapper action. Very poor. Spend a few quid and buy a real one. Much better!!

The visual flash and the audio 'clap' are not in synch on the app. Therefore you cannot synch your audio with your footage in post.

this app is just a screen where you type stuff. not useful in any way. not what it says. no instructions. absolute rubbish. uninstall.

The built in sounds can take too long to load and play. The first clap is usually in sync with the visual, but subsequent ones get further and further out.

Great little app for video shooters who don't require a slate but still want to keep their footage organized for a smoother Post. Anyone expecting a real slate with timecode is delusional or has no idea what they're talking about...

Like it. All I need is a slate to mark takes visually. I prefer to clap my hands in front of camera than the in built sound which doesn't produce a distinctive enough spike. What more do you need for small productions? 5 Stars.

There's no proper visual, just a very brief flash in the bottom left corner which, to my eyes seems out of sync with the sound. Didn't like the text entry "Okay" Uninstalled within a couple of minutes. Sorry.

If you`re a video professional looking for a simple slate that does its job and is simple to use... here you go. Works and looks great on my tablet for location shooting I love the flash/audio sync point you can trigger for multicam shoots. Cheers to this simple handy tool. Tip: a few simple config options in the menu

Is it a joke? This "clapper" app: has NO clapper; No Time Code; NO delayed trigger; does little; and is hard to use. The "flash" in remarks is a barely visible flicker of invisible trigger button's background at lower left and is NOT synced to anything. Seems author has little code experience and no knowledge of how a cine clapper works and is used. Code quality suspect as it's hard to exit and tends to hang screen when such a simplistic app with little function should use near-zero resources.

It is one of the best clapper apps I have found yet! I have been looking forever for a free app that would alow me to make my movies on my iPod realistic and I've finally found it! :]

Simple and easy to use. Everything I need with no funky system for changing scene numbers.

What I needed

There's no visual clap to match with the audio - misses the point of what an actual clapper board does.

Its a great app, but the whole point of a clapboard is to sync audio and visual, and with nothing on the screen for the camera to see, its pretty useless. However its a well designed app and a screen flash on the clap would make this app much more useful.

No visual queue or time reference.

Exactly what I was Looking for and you can't beat the price - works perfectly on my Asus Transformer Prime. It took me a minute to figure out how to make the CLAP noise. (Its the Back button). I highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheap alternative to SL Digislate

Works as advertised (watch for the flash in the lower left corner), but would be better if it could move to SD for those of us with older phones and limited space. HTC Desire
