Great app that is really helpful until the schedule goes blank at the end of each month. Then I have to reinstall it losing any trades or OT I had on the calendar. If you use it for only the calendar it's fine, I don't recommend using to keep track of anything more than your shift schedule

My only issue is that the numbers and letters in the calendar are very small and the notifications come to late such as time trades. Great app! Quick response if you have to email customer service!

I can make any appointment I want now. I never used to know exactly when my husband was working when it came to having to figure something out a month or two in the future, this enables me to know exactly when he will be on shift and when he will be available. This app is amazing and worth every penny. And considering how great it is it is extremely inexpensive!

I just paid for a year subscription today. It said it expires next month. Now I can't even add a trade I in and I lost all my other info from the last time the app actually worked. I want my money back! Maybe the BBB can help me with this if I don't get a response.

Worked great until this past month. Now it's useless. I would hope the IAFF would spend a little bit of the money I pay in dues and to buy this app on making it work. A majority of the guys on my job had used this app until it stopped working.

Very disappointed with this app for android. The app for iphone i used to have was so much better. App for iphone the font was much larger and were able to highlight holidays as opposed to android. Wish this can be corrected. I loved this app until i got new phone. Had to find another shift app

This app is nice as you can customize your time and your shifts. However, the shift days customization in the calendar continuously stop in the middle of a month and there is no way to continue them. FIX IT and you'll get a better rating.

Need to make the "alarm" set to times other then right when the event is starting. Can you make it so that the alarm can be set to "day in advance" or "12 hours in advance" or "hour in advance"? If i have a swap tomorrow, id like to have the reminder notify me the day before. Not as its starting.

I recently paid to renew my subscription. After that, I had issues with my phone and had to upgrade. Now with my new phone, when I log in, it will not allow me to restore my subscription. I'd hate to see an app that represents the International not give the proper support needed to fix outstanding problems. Once this issue is addressed and reconciled, I'll gladly change my rating.

This app used to be good. It is now garbage. Stops working and resets calender back to all black and you lose any and all info you had saved.. worst app I've ever used by far. The good thing is it is so bad it wont even let you buy more subscription time so they can't rip you off for more money at least.
