Scanna Pro with EasyCoder

Scanna Pro is probably the most versatile app you can run on your Android smartphone. We make this bold claim because, unlike any other app, much of what Scanna Pro does can be customised by you, using scripts written with our embedded programming language EasyCoder.

We start with some built-in features:

1 - a personal GPS tracker
2 - barcode and BLE beacon scanners

The GPS tracker is the most significant of the built-in features. It's a tool that lets groups of family members or friends keep track of each others' movements. Before you start worrying about privacy, it's no use for covert surveillance because it only operates with the express permission of the person(s) being tracked.

For many people it's all of Scanna Pro you'll ever want or use - and that's fine. But if you'd like it to do more you'll find you can write or download EasyCoder scripts that add to its basic tracking functionality, to provide extra information about people and places or to give notifications when people you're tracking arrive at a given location or when they start/stop moving. You can write these scripts yourself or you can run scripts written by others. You can even take their scripts and improve on them yourself!

EasyCoder has many other uses, including games, simulations and even data processing. It's limited only by your imagination and features provided. And where these are insufficient we are always happy to discuss the inclusion of new ones to make it possible for you to achieve your desired results.
