While the need for skilled manpower in India is on the rise, the quality of manpower available doesn’t match industry requirements. A recent survey by a reputed organization showed that only less than 20% of the engineering graduates in India are employable. So, overcoming the significant skill gap between the students and the industry remains the need of the hour.
