The OLK SA is responsible for managing the four ports in the region of Kavala: Kavala Port of Central, the commercial port "Philip II" in New Karvali, Port Eleutheron and the Port Keramoti.

Four ports with distinct roles, but one target: to make the system port of Kavala, a major shipping hub in the region, with particular emphasis on the area of the Eastern Balkans.
