Cannot record incomeing calls.......

Used to work well with my huawei mate 8; now that I'm using xiaomi redmi note 4 it seems it doesn't continue running in the background and sometimes android just closes it(although I've made sure it's allowed to start in the background). This causes that it misses recording some incoming calls.

There are many security risks and conserns being brought up around this ap. Personal information breaches and unknown and undetected audio recordings take place without the knowledge or permission of the subscriber!

Does what it says, records calls, but you cannot export the audio file so I hope they add that functionality and this will be a 5 star app

Tried it on Moto G4 plus. There is no sound for the audio! Changed MP3 but still no use.

Sometimes caller's id's r hidden sometimes recordings not playing. Sometimes different recordings got merge together, how

Has some problems but not too much

It's not very good app sometimes it records the important call u record but u can't play it after there issue

Please add a function to download to another permanent file

Very good working. One has to protect it from forced closure by battery optimization or antivirus.

This is my APP of choice. Have used others, but - - they stop recording after 30 minutes - - unacceptable. This APP has very good audio for both sides of conversation, records full length of conversation. Reliable, works great, highly recommend. Samsung Galaxy S8+

Was able to use it previously with note 5. But when using note 8 now, it wont stop recording even after the call was dropped. Tried uninstall and reinstall but still the same problem after some time.

Doesn't stop recording after call ends. I have to dial and close second time to stop it. It's very annoying, it can make sever hours long record that way. I've used it for long time and I was very satisfied before. But from several months I have this problem and the updates don't seem to fix it.

I used to like it until I made an update few months ago and it started to malfunction. It starts with the call, but it keeps recording even after ending the call. I reported this problem to the developers, but it was not resolved even after following their instructions by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again. This time, I uninstalled it for good. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8.

I have been a paid user for a very long time. Updates used to be very scary for this app as it would always stop working right after. Update around the time 2017-11-DD stopped recording. I had to reinstall the application as the developer suggested, but some settings also had to be changed in order for it to work. No longer working on my note 8, since the updates! This app is a mess anymore, very unstable! I've used it for years but it's getting time to switch. I've tried every configuration imaginable.

App not recording properly in my new Moto G5s plus , Android 7 version... Tried all the different combination recommended for recording settings..still not working. Can you please fix it...

There lately tends to be incoming calls missed, not ask of them, andI don't habe the number filters on. Other than that this is a great app. Thank you. I use the Samsung note 5

It's not recording any phone calls and yes it's toggled on. Just shows up with 00.00 recorded.

Unfortunately after giving it originally 5 stars when i purchased the app a year ago it was great, but now running it on a Galaxy S6 it just never works. I've tried all the methods advised in the manual and nothing has worked. Really dissappointed

i have problem with this app in my moto g5s plus , i have upgraded to pro , so the problem is after 20-30 sec. of recording either opposite or my voice gets missing , u can here only one voice after 30 secs. of recording , in my past devices there wasn't a single problem , but in moto g5s plus this problem persist, i have set the source - communication , and recording -audio , the formet is .amr. , please add some support for this in next update.

I'd give it a 5 if it would stop recording after the call ended, but it records all the time. Sucks battery and memory storage. If that problem was fixed it would be awesome

after months of using it, just found out it did record calls on Galaxy S4 even if app was turned on :(

Recording do not stop after call is finished. earlier they fixed up this issue but it started again

It works much better now. I have had it for a few years but was not happy

All it show is a blank page and a menu nothing says record in the menu at all it just says record enable don't see anything recording when you're on the phone at all just a waste of time to download.
