After using it for a while and being more than pleased it the app stopped working on my phone. It will not download images to my device. (Phone and tablet) Just started to close down once I try... Please fix. I've emailed them and had no response. The unit is now totally useless. Please update or do something. WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS AFTER ALL !!!

Really works well, pulls files from my USB or hard drive effortlessly. Video files stream with no judder and best of all you can play different files simultaneously on multipe compatible devices! Top bit of kit.

Works on a ipad, galaxy note 5s but can't get it to work on a galaxy note 3 sent an email to program designer's but had no reply back
