Very fully featured, so far it's the best graphics editor I've found for use on Android. The user interface has a somewhat steep learning curve, but it is very clearly designed for use on devices with touchscreens. Worth purchasing the the pro version.

Well it seems like what i need but constantly crashes. I'm all-around fed up with android and windows, going back to mac y'all, soon as i can afford to, ha. I had high hopes for this app, and if worked i'd be using it, but nothing seems to work for my needs on android.

Should offer to walk you through the basic operations for each mode. It's confusing to start. Otherwise, no complaints. I'm glad to have something I use to edit NACA profiles.

Can create sophisticated artwork with this excellent app. Regularly updated with new functionality, intuitive UI, well designed, fast stable performance. Dev is very helpful. Competitor to TouchDraw.

Basically my only dislike is that it can't save as a video file. Otherwise there is that you can't use the "immersive" mode. So 9/10 for me until both are added. Also, as SMIL animation is depreciated, add an option to use CSS3 animations instead when exporting an animation. That'd be really nice!

This vector drawing app is well thought out and his many features that make it easy to draw and edit shapes. Simple and powerful. I look forward to every update. The newalign and distribute works great! Thanks.

Heya, I got this as a companion app to Sketchbook Pro, sort of a Photoshop and Illustrator combo for my tablet. I was hoping to be able to import .jpg files and trace over them to make some line art .svg of my illustrations... so... how do I do that? Sorry for the noob-type question.

I'm not a great artist, but I want to be. This tool has given me time to practice on my phone during any downtime, while I'm on the train, or waiting for my kid's choir concert to start. I've used Flash and Illustrator in the past, and find I've got the same excitement for figuring out how to use this tool as I did for those. I can't wait to see new features as they come available. I highly recommend the purchase if your thinking about it.

Basically my only dislike is that it can't save as an SVGz file, nor a video file. Otherwise there is that you can't use the "immersive" mode. So 9/10 for me until those are added. Also please put onto the chrome web store for x86 and x32 systems, as inkscape barely works by comparison.

than the free version... but the point-selection-mode bug is even worse, now it happens even when using selection-handles... seems to perhaps be more common when snap-to-grid turned on... sometimes (read: too often to be a usable app) i can select a point using the handle, but can't make it move

This is probably the best vector app I've used on Android in terms of general function. There are primitive shapes which Sketchbook Ink and Adobe Ideas doesn't have. Objects can be manipulated and joined which Sketchbook Ink and Adobe Ideas also doesn't support. There are a good selection of options here. My problem is the import function gives the option for raster files but it doesn't work. I have yet to be able to import one .PNG or .JPEG file into the app. I would like to use raster files as a guide for more detailed work but it's a no go here. Although the app is functional, the UI is ugly. Too much gray and black, icons that look like late 1980s Amiga or WinPC application icons and menus that are not much better. Functionality is great to have but UI is very important also.

I have this full version sitting on my tablet but the only thing keeping me from using it is that there is no video export. I really wish it could output videos from the animation. If it did then this would be my most used app. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Please add the ability to export videos.

It is one of the most awesome vector art programs, and it's getting as good as Synfig, which is my favorite. The developer listens to you, and keeps adding in more features.

However,I see We have the ability to create our own Fonts, but I'm not finding much ways to manipulate the font besides Filll/stroke/copy. Id like IF the text generated anchor Points to modify the Font shape. Otherwise maybe you can Post a guide On Creating fonts?

I haven't tried other alternatives but this really is pretty close to inkscape, which is fantastic and very useful. The animation in Pro is superb - one is left thinking that this could lead so easily to a challenger to JessyInk/prezi/sozi ... and an android powerpoint alternative fit for the 21st century. Edit: you did the interface - you get the last star! Great work man.

Finally! A vector editor on Android that has muscle, is being actively developed and is well supported by a very responsive developer. Even the embedded help/user guide, rare for most apps, is thorough and kept up to date. I'm astonished at the high % of svg files in clip art repositories on internet that this program can import. I'm equally astonished at the excellent performance, even for fairly complex/large drawings. Dev doesn't say this app will eventually be an InkScape for Android, but if you're an AndCad refugee (abandoned), or you miss CorelDraw, InkScape, TurboCad, AutoCad etc., Simplector is a surprising consolation with huge potential. The 'touch' interface takes some getting used to but this app is ready to do real work.

I have to agree with most of the reviews for this app. Powerful editor with a simple design. UI can take a minute to get used to, there's a few minor quirks, but the help file is actually pretty helpful. Haven't tried to use the SVG import function yet, which is why I bought the pro version, but I'm satisfied with what I've seen so far.

T70%
by T####:

The free version was very good, the pro version is much better. The apps still have a lots of room to grow but their developer appears to have a long term development plan. Thanks for addressing my request. I find it even friendlier.

T70%

This is rapidly becoming the best vector app available and with a little work it could be as good as inkscape the one thing it needs is the ability to import a picture to the background as I usually vector to make a better looking version of the original

T70%

50+ sales of the pro version (from 5,000 of the free) is a sad reflection of the exceptional talent and dedication this dev has shown. Thanks for the hard work on this excellent app.

Used to wish for a good android vector app after trying decent ones like iDesign on iOS and here it is. The secret weapon is the animation options, awesome. Please update the basic looking interface icons to be more refined and professional, apart from that it's the best of it's kind. Thank you :)

Needs boolean operations on shapes, adding/deleting of anchor points in shapes. Interface is ok, but a far cry from state-of-the-art. How about click-to-select, gesture for activate move etc. like touch apps usually have? Share svg to dropbox? The way the point handles work is very nice.
