Great concept, poor programming; application crashes every time at exit; after recent update it's using only a small part of the phone screen - so super difficult to read.

I love SM but this is just horrible app. Last update 3 months ago. Did you know you can hire other firms that do know how to make android software?

Not a bad application in itself but horrible client support... I've lost all my courses during the Marshmallow update and just can't have it working again. Their forum is an empty place where nobody is helping you. It's seems possible to redeem your application but there's no explanation on the process... and, as far as I'm concerned, it's the drop of water that has made the vase overflow (as we say in France): I'm done with Supermemo. You commit yourself to the practice, put a lot of time in it... and, at the end, you lost everything and nobody care, even if you have paid (yeah not a lot... hopefully!)... Bye Bye Supermemo!

I have been using PC version and than switched to android app after my PC broke down. The staff have been very helpful helping me reactivate the app with the new code. I like this app a lot and it's great value for money with excellent content. 3 months down the line the app is running flawlessly. I am currently learning French and Dutch with it and making a decent progress. However, I wish I could access the dialogues more than once! Either it is not possible to access them again from the main menu, or it remains a mystery to me how to do that. Which is a pity, because it would have been much better to be able to re-listen the whole dialogue, rather than just repeating the phrases that sometimes seem a bit out of context. Especially after you've forgotten what the dialog was all about.... Hope you can change that! For this reason I'm rating the app 4/5. Good job! Thanks!

Crashes everytime I try to sync my account.

Excellent application for spaced repetition

Too broken for me. First, the app requests way to many permissions and I don't buy the developers explanation. When I bought the courses (full English and German) it didn't require them. The app requested access to my contacts (super weird) to identify me(?) but could not find my purchased courses. I've tried to sign in with my old account, it didn't work. I use English system, but want to learn German and I'm native Polish. It only shows me courses for English people.

Nice app. I use it more often than the PC version. Edit: While the limitation is still there I have learned a nice workaround for my phone, I set the external SD card as a primary storage in the phone settings and this app created the data files there (and all other apps too). >>On the cons side, I cannot change the courses path on my new phone - I would like to move the data files to the SD card to save limited internal storage for other things.

I have never successfully synced it either on my android phone or on ios phone. By the way i'm in China. Is that the issue?

I have been using the app every day for years and am totally addicted. I keep looking for more and more to learn and add to my library. However since last update I have to swipe to scroll to read long sentences. Please fix.

I try to enter a redeem code but the letter L cannot be entered?!?!?! So there is no way to enter my code?!?! Seriously, how do you make bus like that???

After upgrade to Android 6.01 all the courses I own deactivated. One I was able to activate using the original code. Two others say that code is wrong or used on to many devices. No way to get them working and the number of repetitions grows every day. Very frustrating. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THE SAME ALREADY HAPPENED WITH THE UPDATE TO ANDROID FIVE. Do something please.

Lazy programming results in the lack of search option to look up new words. Also, where are the editable notes currently available in PC version? These are essentials. Developer does not use his own software apparently.

I liked the app until it deactivated on my phone. I have had trouble getting the company to respond to my email requests for support. The app tells me I need a redeem code or activation number. So far, the company has not responded and my paid app has been deactivated. I do not know why this has occurred.

they provided me the activation code immidiately after a deactivation problem i faced because of an os update. thank you guys. you're super fast!

It gives option to create courses but i am not able to share it. Stupid.

Updated to Android 6.1 afterwards my courses deactivated. Help! .......update:contacted the developer and got my courses activated. Thanks. Supermemo is the best educational program ever.

Po dokonaniu pierwszego zakupu appka nie reaguje już na polecenie "kup kurs" w odniesieniu do kolejnych kursów. Nie da się tego oczywiście przedstawić na rzucie ekranowym, bo nie dzieje się dosłownie nic.

Bought a course on my tablet but on my phone it offering only to repurchase it and doesn't appear in available for download courses

I hot the license but it doesnt works . It says that this license is already used on maximum devices . But not on my devices . No contact from service . Don't buy it !!!

I've used SuperMemo for almost two decades now, and I'm happy to see it on Android. Great idea overall, yet impressively lame programming. Since I've updated my phone to Android 5.1.1 the app won't open at all, it crashes instantly. Right now I can't learn from any of the 8 paid courses I bought, I'm very disappointed. At this very moment it deserves zero stars, nil, nothing, nada.

this app is full of bugs. for instance it can randomly deactivate your course and then it looses all dismissed pages once the course has been redeemed. quite often the word choice makes me wonder what the guy smoked when compiling the course. in the upshot, you'd better stay clear from this product.

... which takes now over 10 minutes for 15 courses. Seem the team is on holiday as do not respond to complaints on the users portal. Guys, no new releases please before leaving for vacation and no new releases without proper regression testing.

My favorite program for learning languages!

After recent updates there something wrong with the preparation of repetitions - it takes several minutes and what is worth to mention this situation is not changing. There are several inconveniences but this one is the most important.
