Aplikacja SupermediaGO umożliwia klientowi dostęp do oferty telewizyjnej na trzech urządzeniach mobilnych, którą jednocześnie w tym samym czasie można oglądać na jednym urządzeniu.

Dostęp do usługi supermediaGO

Zamawiając usługę klient otrzymuje dostęp do wszystkich 30 kanałów dostępnych w usłudze SupermediaGO poprzez aplikację mobilna dostępną na platformy systemowe Android i iOS oraz Portal www supermediago.pl.
Aplikacje Android dostępne są dla każdego w sklepie Google PlayStore oraz Apple AppStore. Do pobrania i instalacji aplikacji każdy klient musi posiadać zgodne urządzenie (Android wersja 4.4 lub wyższa oraz iOS wersja 8.x lub wyższa) oraz aktywne konto w Portalu klienta Supermedia.
Użytkownik może oglądać dostępne pozycje programowe będąc podłączonym do osiedlowej sieci Internet Supermedia (urządzenia klienta lub urządzenia pośredniczące klienta (routery) mają adresację należącą do sieci osiedlowych Supermedia)(wyłączona z tego jest sieć hotspot TanioNet oraz łącza komercyjne Supermedia).
Aplikacja SupermediaGO jest dostępna dla abonentów usług Internetu Supermedia. Użytkownik musi posiadać aktywną umowę na powyższą usługę.
Z uwagi na ochronę praw i treści nadawanych materiałów aplikacja mobilna działa tylko i wyłącznie na urządzeniach z niemodyfikowanym systemem operacyjnym.
Instalując aplikację SupermediaGO klient Supermedia akceptuje Regulamin usługi supermediaGO.

Logowanie do usługi supermediaGO

Warunkiem uzyskania dostępu przez klienta do aplikacji mobilnej SupermediaGO jest posiadanie aktywnego konta w Portalu klienta Supermedia – https://portal.supermedia.pl
Mając aktywna usługę SupermediaGO i znając swój numer klienta (ID Klienta), podany na umowie lub wskazany do wysyłki faktur elektronicznych adres email Abonent Supermedia może założyć konto w Portalu Klienta i uzyskać dostęp do usługi SupermediaGO.
Logowania do aplikacji SupermediaGO odbywa się za pomocą nr klienta jako login oraz hasła takiego samego jak używane w przypadku dostępu do Portalu klienta Supermedia.
Zmiana hasła w Portalu Klienta zmienia hasło w usłudze SupermediaGO.

SupermediaGO - a new service with a mobile application for the company's subscribers Supermedia
The mobile application enables subscribers Supermedia watch on your smartphone or tablet selected live TV channels. The new service SupermediaGO Supermedia customers gain access to selected channels. The current list of available TV channels can be found at www.supermedia.pl.


The main functionality of the application SupermediaGO

SupermediaGO application enables the client to access television offering three mobile devices, which at the same time at the same time you can watch on one device.
- Preview deals available TV channels without logging
- Recommended the best TV shows, series, movies (My Lists tab in the Main Menu applications marked as Recommended for you)
- Suggested viewing statistics based on the most popular program positions (My Lists tab in the Main Menu applications marked as the most popular channels)

Access to services supermediaGO

By ordering a service the customer receives access to all 30 channels available through SupermediaGO through the application available on mobile platforms Android and iOS system and Web portal supermediago.pl.
Android Apps are available for each store PlayStore Google and Apple AppStore. To download and install the application, each client must have a compatible device (Android version 4.4 or higher and iOS version 8.x or higher) and active account in the Customer Portal Supermedia.
The user can view the items available software while connected to the Internet Supermedia housing estate (the client device or an intermediate device client (routers) are addressing belonging to the campus networks Supermedia) (this excludes hotspot network TanioNet and commercial links Supermedia).
SupermediaGO application is available for subscribers of Internet services Supermedia. The user must have an active contract for this service.
