Was working perfectly until auto update have no control over the keypad anymore. Please fix when pressing on virtual keypad, it display as **** as u key in code, but nothing happens after u press the code followed by *, #, up, down, left and right. it will just ignore all command.

Application is not reliable. It often cannot connect to the server and shows the message "No connected. Connection to server was interrupted".

It's working well. But last 2 days. I don't receive notifications for when i arm and disarm even though notifications are on. Please advise.

App not supported. The notifications need work as the do not show in order. Edit: is this going to be ported to windows phone at some point? Edit: notifications still not fixed!!! That cost you a star and will keep costing you if not fixed.

After automatic update from mobile kpd left me without possibility to control alarms. Shows "Unexpected error" while logging into the system. No info nor manual at satel.pl This kind of business should treat customers a little more serious and in more responsible manner. EDIT: helpline is helpless. Does everything to save their time and do not even try to see a problem.

The app is now working and looking how it should be six years ago. It's good that keyboards shows up when I have to enter my password. The problem are the TINY arrows on the keypad, they are barely visible in sunlight or on the go. Make them bigger/thicker please.

Few years delayed, Satel wake up ! Pls make tasker plugin asap.

The app not working with Cyrillic encoding... Showing strange symbols :) Latest version of panel and ethm1-plus. With web browser(JAVA App) is OK.

What it does mean "connection error device is busy"?

App working quite stable . Connection via Satel server is fast . Missing indication of temperatures if Integra is equipped with temperature sensors.

It doesn't work with my current system after last update. The application seems perfect but not connected to my system and doesn't support greek characters. I am very disappointed after the last update.

Can you make what jablitron's software does??? With our application you'll be able to: - See all of your Jablotron systems under one account - ARM/DISARM the whole system or selected sections - Switch ON / Switch OFF programmable outputs in your system - Check the current status and event history of the system - Set up notifications (arming, disarming, alarms, pictures and more) for selected contacts using SMS, EMAIL or PUSH notification - Share your alarm system with your family, friends or colleagues -etc

When will we have an updated version like the versa control? It would be nice to be able to receive push notifications and also use the Mac address instead of the IP.

The app worked fine until a recent mandatory update. For 3 months the app is not working anymore with no update. In the meanwhile i had to stop recommending satel and panasonic protection systems. Should really be a 1 star rating but there is hope that you will finally do something about it!

Gubi ustawienia klientow, nie dziala w ogole z ethm-1 v1.06. Ze starym softem bylo ok. Zamysl programu swietny, wykonanie kiepskie.

Please update the software. It does not work in Greek language.
