Road Communicator

Road Communicator it is an active application for smartphones , tablets and mobile phones that enables to communicate road users as well as pedestrian with the driver of the vehicle with specific (visible on the vehicle) car plate number.

In order to communicate with the driver of visible vehicle, another application user only introduces a car plate number, which as we know is unique and if the driver of the vehicle you want to communicate with is also a holder of the smartfone with this application (and at this time is logged in) then it's possible to connect with him using all available data distribution technologies: GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and in the future also Li-Fi. The combination of phone number to specific car plate number is solely for the called user.
This new service in a simple, light (due to the size of a smartphone) and generally available way allows largely replace the outdated in a form and difficult (due to unclearly understanding of speech) communication of CBRadio.
This solution will be working very well particularly in urban areas.
