About Jogger - running log

Jogger is an application for runners - both beginners and advanced. You can easily run your running diary, save your distances, pace and some more useful data. Log every workout you do to monitor your progress in the statistic charts or on the list with monthly and yaerly summaries.

Jogger is free. I was looking for similar app, which is simple, quick and easy. I found nothing interesting therefore I decided to write one on my my own ;)

I used this app for a couple years and I love it. One of my favorite aspects are the graphs. I trained hard for a marathon and saw my paces drop over time by looking at the graphs. I also like the "quick note" feature. I like being able to write things like "very windy" or keep track of specific track workouts. My only criticism is that I can't sync my watch to upload the data automatically. It is not a big deal because it only takes a second to do by hand. Really great, simple, data rich app!!!

I like seeing all the information listed and it helps you keep track easily

Great app. Been using it for almost 2 years now. Simple but useful.

T70%
by T####:

Good, simple app, easy to record and review each run

T70%
by T####:

Can't transfer data from one phone to another.... I had to get the raw data out of a text file and convert the seconds into running time - and that's for each of the hundreds of running sessions I had. Also, now the app won't even open and keeps crashing so I've lost years of data. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Spent 15 minutes trying to set at .90 km but it just jumps automatically to 1km. Gave up was pulling my hair out it was that frustrating

B70%
by B####:

I changed the settings to miles but when entering my run details it still had my pace in kilometers. I uninstalled. Other than that it seemed like it would have worked nicely.

The app crashed on my note 3 now i don't have the app icon... (!!)

Have enjoyed the app for more than a year. One of the best for compiling stats and following your progress. Excellent motivator also.

N70%

Love the simplicity - keep this app simple, it's what differentiates it from others

T70%

I like it. I would give it 5 stars if it was easier to alternate between km and miles. As it is now the user has to go into settings from the main screen and switch. I would like to be able to log either right from the log screen. I run on the track and road and record both units depending on where I ran that day.

Really like this app. I don't want to use my data, so this is perfect. Also, you Can edit past saved workouts by holding down on the entry, as in long click, then the Edit or Delete window pops up.

I've been using this to track my mileage for months and it works as advertised. The only thing missing is a way to track shoe mileage. Add that and I'll change it to 5 stars.

Records all the data that I need and puts it in a simple to read chart and report. Only negative issue is not knowing how to transfer data file to another phone.

Would love to see a option for sending the backup to the mapped Google drive. My phone crashed a few days ago and I lost all my data.

Perfect ! It is simple and very clear. I can see my workouts and see how I am improving. :)

Very good simple log paid for no adds..better then nikes to much bells and whistles that does add nothing

Y70%

This is a neat app in some ways but it is rendered practically useless in that the numbers and letters in some parts of the app are ridiculously small to read.

I'm really enjoying this app as a quick digital record of my running. Well worth the money.

This is a great app, best suited for the runner who is not caught up with all the gadgets and just need a simple system to log and keep track of your progress. The developer may want to look at giving users the ability to share their info via email or social media or even be able to backup on Google drive,Dropbox etc.

Good way to log your times and distances, and creating a chart to visually track your progression. Saves you having to create your own spreadsheet.

I've been using this for my daily runs for a month now, and I absolutely love this app! I've tried many other apps, including Endomondo, Nike Run, Run Keeper and MapMyRun. All of them default to using GPS, meaning that I'd have to carry my phone with me on runs in order to track them easily. Some of them did have the ability to manually enter runs, but you'd have to go through multiple screens to get to them, and it wasn't at all intuitive for this. Finally, I found Jogger! It's very streamlined and easy to use. It has a note section for each workout, so you can enter in extra info here (I like to write down which route I ran, but you could also include heart rate, or weather, etc.). The only drawback that I've found so far is that the distance only goes to the tenth of a mile, not hundredth. I know that's really a small detail, but for a perfectionist like me, I like to have the details be as exact as possible.

IMO, this is the best run logging app available. There are plenty of other running apps that have a lot of additional features besides logging. But all I'm interested in is logging my runs. I'm not interested in GPS to map my runs since most of my training is done on a treadmill. I'm also not interested in the social media functionality that seems to be included in most running apps. An added bonus to the logging is the graph, which is excellent once you have enough data points. It has been a great visual aid for tracking my progress. The only enhancement I would to see is the ability to enter the distance to the hundredths place.

I run ultra marathons and needed a simple log to track my runs. I don't run with gps or music so I didn't need a complicated application for that. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to track how many miles you run on different shoes so you know when to switch them out . one more thing: the chart only shows 2 workouts at a time... It should run for one week at a time so you know your mileage for the week.

Been using this app for a couple years and am happy to support the developer! Just don't like that the icon changed to the Android droid.

I've used this app for over a year and loved it. Now, the last update added ads at the bottom of the screen and the ads would open full screen and never stop opening up. I had to shut the entire app down. I've uninstalled and am looking for a new tracker.

Wow, in one update this has gone from a great, simple app to awful. Full page adds that try to trick you into downloading crap? I understand that money is nice but still... And the icon is gone.

X70%

Easy to use running logger good to keep your running data privately. Could have a few more features, but it works fine for what I need.

X70%
by X####:

Love that I can manually input information, rather than having my phone on me to run and it syncing automatically. This app provides more of a running log. Also, love that the app graphs your progress...the teacher in me enjoys seeing strides I'm making to improve... all good so far!

Hint: collasable option on month in workout list, to highlight totals

X70%

Why can't you go back on previously saved runs and make notes? Otherwise great app. Very simple. Gives you what you need.

X70%

You should make a spot for a weekly mileage output. It would be like your monthly mileage output but on a weekly basis.A weekly goal mileage input would also be nice.

Just need to enter the necessary information to keep a good and easy running log after doing my exercises.
