About Glow Paint
Glow Paint is an application simulating glow or neon painting on the touch screen of your mobile phone.
Glow Paint allows you to select one of 12 colors of paints, three glow sizes, five brush types and several background patterns or templates, Undo or Redo the last brush movement. You can also save your created image as a file, set as wallpaper or share image with your friends. I installed this app in hope of finding a good drawing game. Turns out this one sucks! The game won't let me do anything. I can't draw, can't change the glow or brush, I can't change the background, etc.

Yep, doesn't work at all on my stock GS3, same problem just a black background nothing draws on the canvas but I did notice when going to menu and back I could see what I drew flash for a second. Then I couldn't exit the app without hitting the home button and manually closing the app. Try again dev. Uninstalled!
