Master Viola Tuner is an easy-to-use application with which you will be able to tune your viola quickly.
The algorithm has been adapted to recognize sounds of viola most effectively. To get the best result of automatic tuning, play the sound on the single string few times.
The application has two modes: pitchfork and tuner.
- Pitchfork
You can use pitchfork to tune your viola in our application – just play viola sound of each string and check if the strings of your violin are tuned properly. You can also play all sounds automatically (from lowest to highest string) and during recording – tune strings of your viola.
- Tuner
If you need any help with tuning your viola, turn on the auto tuner. The application will recognize the sound played by you and help you tune each string.

- the ability to set the frequency of sound "a" (concert pitch) in Hz

The g string tuner is broke or my phone is (its not my phone) whenever i play the g string it jumps from like 170 to 380 hz and i have no clue why. Makes tuning difficult

I LOVE THIS APP... at first I thought it was wrong but actually its AWESOME AS HAAAYYYY. although it's confusing at first this really helped me A LOT. You press start tuning and it takes you to a tuning monitor. The trangle turns white when it is in tune.... ????

I like this app because not only does it tell you when you are out of tune but also by how much. It is also helpful to be able to play the correct note on the app and match it to your viola

It is easy to use. It is accurate. I would give five stars if it started tuning upon opening and if the app made a tone when the string is in tune. I read a review where it is confusing. I think he was talking about how you have to touch the circle on the string to tune for that note. Not self explanatory. Also the 'start tuning' is not real noticeable. It kind of blends in with the busy screen.
