I was excited to finally have found an app that would translate Morse code; unfortunately, it mistranslated messages. It will be a great app once the kinks are identified and fixed. - Ideally, if it could translate both visual and audio messages. Until then, ...

Tried a lot of these apps from different developers and they all seem to have the same issue. They all have an issue with the flashlight not transmitting the correct code on anything over 10-15 WPM. This was tested on a Galaxy S4.

Its a great way to get morse code to someone or just chat with someone at a distance without talking to them. Pretty fun to mess around with someone who you dont want knowing what your saying unless they know morse code.

Not perfect, but I was able to use this in the MMO game The Secret World to roughly decipher a morse message that was being flashed from some vehicle headlights! It took several attempts to weed out any false readings, no doubt due to the fact that I was pointing to an LCD and the graphics of a computer game, and not an actual LED. Definitely a well designed app with an easy-to-use interface.
