Aplikacja Leader100 ma dwa profile użytkowników, które wybiera się przy ładowaniu aplikacji do telefonu lub tabletu: dla młodej osoby (Ucznia) i dla dorosłej osoby (Rodzica/Wychowawcy/Opiekuna/Coacha/Nauczyciela), ponieważ w Programie Leader100 uczniowie ze wsparciem dorosłych pracują nad kompetencją bieżącego miesiąca. Każdy z użytkowników posiada indywidualny dostęp do Aplikacji, umożliwiający pobranie lub przeglądanie materiałów potrzebnych do pracy w bieżącym miesiącu, odpowiednich do roli użytkownika.
