Best app took 3% my battery was at 77% and now its 75% after using the app so it's a bunch of crock of bologna if you use this app what you doing is killing your battery

How to even use this app? After I put it near my window, there is a red column in the battery in the app that is blinking. It did not charge but it darained my battery
