LOT - flight tickets, check-in

I cannot do anything with this application. 99% of the functionality doesn't work. Also, it doesn't save my reservations. Even the most basic functionality doesn't work. I would ask Google to remove it entirely. Application keeps asking me if I am a robot, putting captcha which doesn't work, because they believe I don't have JavaScript...on a phone...on Android. Really? I've made start-up apps in one day better than this

Utterly useless! Whoever is behind this app has no idea about customer experience! I am sorry but your meaningless response (from customer service I guess) adds nothing to the experience I've had with this app. It just proves you have no clue about customer service in the digital space. A user can not do anything useful on this app. Check how it is/should be done on other airlines. Even budget airlines have better apps than you.

Not only they manage to have half baked app but they first in stupidity with 8kg limit on board carry on.

Po zakupie przez aplikację okazało się, iż nic się w niej nie zapisało, nawet numer rezerwacji (!), który potem trzeba podać samemu, by edytować dane, a właściwie wprowadzać je- nie wiadomo za bardzo w jakim celu- zamiast danych biletu pojawia się miejsce na narodowość i datę urodzenia- wszystko już po kupnie. Niestety za dużo nerwów ( nr rezerwacji dotarł mailem dopiero po ładnych kilku chwilach grozy) i niejasności, by ocenić na więcej niż dwa.

Put the lipstick on a pig but it is a pig. stillBrawo za stworzenie aplikacji po kilku latach za konkurencją. Niezły UI ale efektywnie aplikacja jest przeglądarką do strony lot.pl. Niewygodna, niepraktyczna i bez przydatnych opcji. Gdzie jest booking przez codesharing, on-line CHECK-IN i boarding pass, status lotów, informacje o lotniskach, flocie, program lojalnościowy, i tak dalej... Ta aplikacja jest urzeczywistnieniem kultury i talentu w LOT czyli bez pomysłu i po jak najmniejszej linii oporu.

I wasn't able to open mobile boarding pass, and even the boarding pass received via email couldn't be opened. These are basic features for an airline app! Useless.

Online check-in is not working, even not showing an error. Also I have double surname and cannot write it with hyphen only separately or together as one word..

Useless, I expected to be able to check in and access my boarding pass but I had to check in on my laptop and then received a mobile boarding pass that doesn't even open - the error message says that I don't have an app for such type of files (?). Deleting the app now.

The main function of an online app of an airline does not work - it is impossible to check in online. When you access your reservation details and press check in, nothing happens. Please fix otherwise no point to keep it.

Seriously useless. You need to go through check-in every time you return to the app to see your flight details. Using the website through your mobile browser is actually far better.

useless! LOT should be ashamed. This was programmed by a drunk guy in one hour at 3 o'clock in the morning while dancing to techno music on the 5th day of the Tomorrowland...

Pretty useless. There is also a wider problem, LOT online reservation system is a total mess, so naturally the app doesn't work, either. Go old school and use the phone.

Wszystko działa jak należy. Odprawa wszędzie zamknięta a ja tylko z bagażem podręcznym. Nie musiałem czekać na personel. Aplikacja bez problemow odprawiła mój lot. Otrzymany kod zadziałał na bramkę lepiej niż papierowe bilety. Nie wiem z czym ludzie mają problemy, warto spróbować samemu. Polecam

Bezuzyteczna aplikacja. Dziala w oparciu o wyswietlanie mobilnej strony LOT. Nie posiada mozliwosci otwarcia elektronicznej karty pokladowej. Nie zapisuje kart pokladowych, nie wyswietla bramki przez, ktora powinno sie wejsc na poklad samolotu. Nie posiada powiadomien push. Nie polecam.

The highlight of the usage was uninstalling it! Best feature so far.

Will not install due to lack of space although there is over 4Gb available.

The apps is just to put LOT on the apps map. But has no functionality whatsoever. It is a shame that a decent flight operator to have such useless apps. Pay a developer to create an apps that will be functional and useful for your customers and will make a different for your business. Eastern Europe is full of bright and talented developers and are not expensive at all. You guys just need to ask for it and they will come. Good luck. By the way your website sucks to.

It really is a very bad app. Nothing works! Totally pointless. Will delete it as it is just a waste of space. And I can't believe that after all these bad reviews they still haven't fixed it.

Couldn't login with my email and password as well as in the web version where I was stuck in the infinite incorrect email or password although both were correct. Insecure connection in web version bothers me too but at least I was able to login with my Google account (works on full web version only, mobile version returns 400 redirect_uri_mismatch) with HTTPS Everywhere on while I cannot do it in application. Unfortunately.

Complete waste of space on my phone. Cannot check anything. Plus LOT is the only airline where you can only check in 24h before flight. Seriously!? How can you plan a trip with this timeframe. Useless.

The most cumbersome check in app ever created. Congratulations! Very annoying and almost completely useless.

App looks good but most of times when I was trying to use it, does not connect with data source. WiFi nor LTE - just does not work ...

An infinite captcha loop. No way to save my bookings to check them later (at least none I could find). Same with saving flights to the Android calendar. What is the point of making an app that is just an even more limited version of the web page?

there is no app, there is only a facade it feels like riduculing the customers particularly given the half- funny responses to the critical reviews stop promises and wishes, in fact, stop responding until you fix it as lot frequent customer i feel ridiculed with this "app" and it was not your "bad day" - tried it several times, uninstalled, installed again and on different phones- nothing helps
