Arik Air

This app is pretty useless. You can't even check your previous reservation if you've booked without signing in or if you've used a desktop computer. You can't use it to show your boarding pass, track flights or updates. Again, anything that's Nigerian always falls below expectations or below par from other western carriers.

Like everything else Arik, it doesn't work. I cannot enter data in the from and to fields... Let me know when it works

Airline with the most unmanned staff, especially the Calabar airport Arik Staff, would have loved to mention a name of a very rude female staff. Arik has eaten my money three times due to flimsy excuses. I will write officially to the Aviation Ministry concerning the dubious act of Arik airline.

I don't see anything wrong. Arik Air is the best and this app makes it easier to book while you are at home and also avoid scams because you can check the price yourself. Arik Air, keep it up.

Arik Air is the worst in the World. Low morale within staff, out of date or expired food. Payment of compensation is Not in Arik dictionary. Arik air should only carry dogs/ animals and cargo. My rating is minus one star.

This is a complete disaster! Doesn't work! It's a complete waste of time and money.

Data dropped message

Always gives me an error message that "there was an error selecting this flight please try again later". So basically for me it's useless until some issues are fixed.

The app could do better but it seems very sluggish and odd. The gestures are poor, navigation is difficult, login page should say "Username" not "email" and hours to booking date are so inaccurate. Please fix this.

Given that this App has not worked for months now, it does not even deserve the one star I awarded it. This used to be the easiest and fastest way to book flights. What went wrong?

Arik air, shame shame shame! Big shame. You can't even develop an app that works. I wonder if the people in your service team even notice this. Shame.

Another nigerian contract gone wrong. God knows how many millions of dollars was paid to develop this crap app. Just downloaded and when I tried to search for a flight it says I have no data collection which I clearly do have.

Everything else on my phone opens, 'except this one. The internet never seems to be detected by this app!!

Hope I will be able to maximise it's use as I expect 100% functionality.
