Needed phone number to register. Not very usable app

Total garbage. Can't use without polish phone number

Unfortunately, all one star reviews are confirmed. U need Polish language skills and POLISH phone number unlike online app...

This is useless after all the hassle to register it then would not connect to the pkp server to allow us to book the tickets

Bezużyteczne bo nie można założyć konta dla tableta bez telefonu. Useless as it is not possible to use tablet without phone.

If you think the app is bad wait until you get on one of the trains and have to stand shoulder to shoulder for hours. Don't expect a cheaper ticket if all the seats are sold either. It's full price regardless.. Think of all the Indian train stereotypes you've seen.

I'm not going to give you my phone number. This kind of app shouldn't ask for personal data like my mobile. I already have an account on your website so why can't I log in with my email address?

Chciałem sprawdzić cenę i dostępność dla mnie żony i dziecka. Wybrałem "wagon z przedziałami" - komunikat "bilety dla matek z dziećmi tylko przy kasach". Zmieniam na "bezprzedziałowy" - komunikat: "możesz wybrać maksymalnie dwa miejsca". Tragedia nic nie można zrobić.

Does what it should in good manner. Simple af. Yep, it requires Polish number as payment gateway is SkyCash - that should be stated in app description or smth, does not make app worse, but defienetly confusing

Useless. You have to have Polish phone number to use it. I reported it 3 years ago.. I am reporting it today. PKP Intercity never changes.

Joke. Disaster. How else can I describe it? Needs a Polish phone number to buy a rail ticket...avoid like a plague

Useless for people who don't have Polish phone number, cannot login or create account to purchase a tickets. Please change method of login to enable all users to use this app

App is useless for people without a polish phone number - it doesn't let you register for payments. Why do I even need a phone number in the first place to buy a train ticket?

While this app does its job - which is finding and buying tickets for one of the Polish railway operators - you don't want it if you're not a Polish citizen. The only payment option available here is SkyCash, a decent wallet service, but one that requires a Polish phone number and a bank account from which to transfer funds. None of that is fast or convenient for non-residents. This means *no card payments* in the app. You're better off going directly to intercity.pl and booking from there.

Can't pay by credit card. I need to set up some special account. It's in Polish only and app is not modern. Don't waste time. Install go euro instead. Or jakdojade.pl app for travelling in poland.

I do not need skycash. There are dozens of different payment methods.

Intercity has plenty of international connections, however you can't search those connections on app. On their website you can, but you can't buy a ticket as "Continue' button doesn't exist. And that's in 21st century when everyone operates on Internet. The company should seriously consider investing in a good IT team.

Konieczność założenia konta w SkyCash (?) Dlaczego? A może by tak karta kredytowa? Brak możliwości połączenia z kontem założonym na stronie. Kupiłem bilet na stronie i chciałbym go zobaczyć w aplikacji. Kto w dzisiejszych czasach projektuje aplikacje w ten sposób???

Mam już konto pkp! Nie chcę zakładać nowego, za to chcę się zalogować na stare i przeglądać moje bilety!

Aplikacja pokazuje pociąg który w ogóle tego dnia nie jedzie. Ba nawet symuluje próbę dokonania rezerwacji biletu.

To ma byc oficjalna apka przewoznika?? To jest kpina z pasazera, wg apki z Bialegostoku do Lodzi Kaliskiej nie dojade, bo brak jest takich polaczen :/ poziom aplikacji dno i wodorosty

Zamiast służyć ludziom zniechęca. Od tylu miesięcy nie ma opcji wyboru przedziału cichego. Bilety nie są zgrywane offline więc jak nie ma zasięgu (dość normalne w pendolino) to tylko można się zdenerwowac w trakcie kontroli.

Aplikacja sama w sobie OK. Niestety nie posiada istotnych funkcji dla stałych podróżników z PKP: brak możliwości kupna biletu dodatkowego (np. Rower), brak możliwości wyboru miejsca itp.

Use intercity.pl instead, can pay by card rather than forced to use SkyCash and a bank transfer. Also no language options, even though the description is offered in English.

Żeby cokolwiek zrobić, nawet sprawdzić cenę, trzeba założyć konto w sky cash. Idiotyzm! Usuwam aplikację.

Czeste awarie i niedostepnosc. Kazde sprawdzenie ceny biletu powoduje jego rezerwacje.

Why couldn't I just buy a ticket with a credit card ? Useless indeed.

Pomimo posiadania konta brak mozliwosci logowania z nazwa uzytkownika.

Ciągle wyświetla błędy, nie da rady kupić biletu, a nawet wejść i sprawdzic zarejestrowane karty płatnicze.

Wygląd i działanie ok, ale brakuje bardzo ważnej rzeczy - połączenia z kontem na bilety.intercity.pl W moim wyobrażeniu, po zalogowaniu się do tej aplikacji powinienem widzieć także bilety zakupione przez stronę a nie tylko te przez skycash. Duży minus za brak tej funkcjonalności

Jak wyżej. Appka jest ok ale minus za SkyCash i za brak zmiany języka...

I'm lucky enough to know enough Polish to get by, but most aren't. There's no option to switch to another language. Worse than that, when you try to do anything useful, you must create an account, but it won't recognize international phone numbers.

It's garbage - they ask you a bunch of bull just to get into the system than when get in you can't do ish with it

I expected being able to log into my IC account and be able to view my bought tickets.
