I was never aware of any kind of CBT apps until my Psychologist I began seeing recently recommended this app. I input my data ever hour on the hour until around 8pm when I then go to bed. I really like how I can add thoughts, emotions, etc. instead of relying on the default mode. I use MS Excel on all my desktops and laptops however I use Google Docs when I use an Android device. I really love how I can give my Psychologist every input on this app on every visit.

Installed this app last night after reading all the reviews. filled in a couple of sheets. At Psychotherapy class today I showed this app to the moderators as well as the group. Highly flexible app ! And I love the fields to fill in. Plus the pies and graphs. Being able to edit fields is a bonus ! I shall be using this as my only mood diary from now on.... Till I can't afford it :) Thank you very very much !!!

For years, I have been looking for a means to record my thoughts, activities , and emotions. All I could find was Evernote or google docs. It was too flat. No way to extract long term data. I even tried paper grids but it too didn't work. This app has everything I need to separate out my thoughts and feelings over time and review them. I highly recommend this app. You can do everything but back up your data with the free version. I would be devastated if lost it. I paid for the full version.

I got the customize emotions function to work which I thought would be the key to liking the app. But it was VERY tedious to do. You cannot change anything. The help is less than helpful. I wasn't allowed to complete thought section. Wanted to give it a chance for a week, only to learn it would not generate a report after 3 days. So you must buy. Not so motivated.

It says Basic, implying an ad-free version, so where is it. Unfortunately I aren't able to understand the developer's comments :-( I've upgraded from 3 stars as developer very helpful but I still don't really understand, thanks. Please add user defined emotions.

Very good and nice clean interface. Some suggestions: 1. Allow us to customize the emotions list 2. For the diary have a field labelled challenges to allow recording of thoughts which challenge the current event. Also have a field to record the outcome (I think these two could maybe replace the single remarks field). Thanks for making this! P.S. what's the difference between this app and the other one you've made?

This is a pretty good app to record your emotions and practice CBT, I like it. However there are times now I rely want access to it on my laptop/desktop so that I can record events faced at work with angry emails etc. I'd give it 5 stars for making this available on Windows.

This is a great app. However it seems to be interfering with my other apps and freezing my phone up. Maybe its cause i have an older version phone. I find this app very useful. I do like it allot. Any feed back id appreate it..

I have bipolar 2 disorder and have been doing CBT for several years now. This app is great bc I am able to export a report to my therapist. Together we can track my behaviors and progress. I love it.
