I have a bad memory and this works great for everything. The app is isn't just for pills. I always write them as a reminder for any medication. Drops, drinks, whatever one has to take on a scheduled basis.

Bug: Black screen hangs phone when alarm occurs while phone is off - only shows status bar. Change brightness setting to recover. Samsung Moment.

Needs option not to remind you through the night when you don't need to take meds!!!! Have to keep turning the volume and vibrate off to stop it wakin

Works but its useless. Can't change the alert so you never know its time for a pill and miss it. Needs a noise alert!

Great app. It simply does what it is supposed to do. Two suggestions: -change time format (24 hour and am/pm) -possibility to change alarm tone

This is a wonderful app have used for over a year. Unfortunately it's not compatible with my new note 4. Please let me know developers if you fix this.

Only set intervals r available. I take my meds at set times like 7, 11 & 4. Doesn't work for my schedule. Would be great for fever meds & antibiotics

needs 2 remind ppl 2 use @ own risk. didnt wrk! no alert! im back @ the local mental facility bc of this app. b careful people! contact doc first!

Didnt remind me as it said. I need to take something every day and it reminded me once a week at best. Youd be better off using your alarm clock.

This is a GREAT app. Take alot of meds from VA and notifies me everytime! Quick and simple to set up. Easy to use. Needs more ringtones. Moto Cliq

Need 2 B able 2 have custom sound. It plays wrong notification sound.

Would be good if you could set it for different times. Useless to me as is. Uninstalled.

It's a good app but it only vibrate, there's no sound so if I'm sleep I will miss it. HTC Hero

It don't remind me at all! I hv to take one morning and evening and I hv to remind it myself.

I wish it would reset the time once a pill is taken, so if you have one every four hours but it's five before you take it, you can get back on track.

Used 4 past 3 months & I could do this w/phone's alarm clock Set alarm for 4 & it goes off at 4:01 w/time change instead of 12 it now alerts @ 1

Great idea, but it needs option to set a unique notification sound. I keep email, FB & others on discreet tones, so this needs to be loud.

I got sick with a werid throat problem and i had to take about four pills this on definnitly helped me keep track of my pills and got well again.

So simple, so easy to use, needs nothing more than it has. Like a simple pill box, but on your phone.

Its simple and does what it says. I love it. Learn how to work the app before you give it a bad rating.

Please update your app. It's not formatted visually for Bionic. Let us change the color of the pill in the toolbar. Let is move app to SD.

Perfect for 1x/day meds like birth control. Vibrates and gives notification icon. Icon remains until you confirm you took the pill.

First app that has worked for me. Not super fancy but I take all my pills daily now!

App needs more options. Things like monthly, bi weekly, weekly, how many X's a day, ect. Needs to let you choose rather its a pill, shot or ect.

Love this app! I like how the pill icon stays in notification bar until you confirm you took the pill. Never miss my meds!

Great idea, is there a way an updated version could include where you could set your own times to take Rx instead of the every _ hours?

Whoever just said it is too much to set up that's crap you push menu set the name and time to take and how often. Takes two seconds tops

Will be useful for antibiotics and other "take so many hr apart meds. Needs daily alarms for vitamins and other once dailys.

Great BASIC app. Does what it supposed to. Would've given all 5 stars if you could choose custom sound.

Awsome app still needs a little work but does everything it says. Needs to have more options like to adjust for sleeping, morn, noon, nite

HTC incredible does not sound reminder when screen is dark. Only works when program is open doesn'tseem to run in background

I really like the alarm system, but there needs to be an option to make sure it doesn't go off at night.

Great app. ***fernie, just set ur time for every 12 hres instead of 4. That would be 2x a day***

Simple & effective. Didn't forget to take a single pill. Definite keeper if u need a reminder for medicine.

It only reminds me to take my pills when i realize it hasn't reminded me all day and i open the app, only THEN does it bombard me with reminders
