ROP - Royal Oman Police

Had very smooth experience in paying fines and registeration of vehicle online. I dint have to wait even for 5 minutes to collect my renewed registration card from the rop office at qurum. It does not use verified by visa step and is always better to take screen shot of the payment confirmation. Because Sometimes do not recieve the receipt via email or message.

I payed my traffic fines through this app. And I did not recieve any reciept. Although it was clearly written that the payment has been sucessful. And later when re-checked the fines the system did'nt update and I could see the list fines again. Very disappointed. Not expected from a government developed app.

Good but sometime service not available puts you off. In the directory the contact numbers are out of date and misleading.

Useless all info provided available online. What is the use? Webinterface? TOP should be able to do much better. Actually expected to do too notch job.

Thank you guys, this is a great app payed my fines through it as am far away from home, renewing the car registration is awesome you pay here and you go to the ROP to receive your card.... no more waiting in Q..

I think there is a technical problem if you one payment method and you want to change it, the app doesn't allow you to do so. It happened to me twice and I had to call the ROP IT team and they solve it for me because hte app didn't allow me to choose another method until they fix it.

Un fortunate The AP is not working properly Ihated Am looking for some thing easy to use and to understandable and to pay .....No time to waste on like this ap ....I hope to be adjusted and modified better then current....

I paid my ticket and renewed the car at home, I just went to pick my registration card n didn't tk a minute, thnk u rop for the svs n look forward for more improvement in the nearest future

Need to improve the user interface of the application with introduction of new features like rewards scheme for drivers who didn't get a ticket in for example last 12 months etc. Also driver suggestions should be part of the application.

Very good application. I would like to see that application can list of cars and registration data in case someone has more than one car

This program is good and useful. It have many services can be save your time and money.

Everything in this app perfect just need one more thing, need to add speed tickets pictures in the app and we are all good on this... Thanks for good effort.

Date shall be included whenever we take the status update to avoid confusion. like updated on.

Took me 1.5 minutes to pay for renewal of motor vehicle license, and another 1.5 minutes at ROP to collect my renewed license very good and helpful App. Keep up the good work.

The program is having a problem since long with regards to renewing the vehicles and it still exist

Car Renewal works when language is set to Arabic only , I would give 5 star if this one is solved , I have sent an email and tweet it about it as well

استخدام التقنية لتحصيل المخالفات بشكل رئيسي ولكن غير فعال للخدمات الاخزى . ياليت تقدم الشرطة نفس المستوى التقدم للخدمات الاخرى مثل تجديد البطاقة او الجوزات هذه الخدمات لا تزال في مستوى متدني جدا للاسف

يفضل تفعيل رقم سري للخدمة لضمان عدم اطلاع اي شخص على المعلومات الشخصية والتي من ضمنها ملكية السيارات حيث ان الرقم المدني يمكن الحصول عليه بسهولة.

لو سمحتوا اخوتي الاعزاء القائمين على البرنامج كل ما احاول اني اجدد سيارتي يطلعلي انه في مشكله بالبرنامج ولازم اتواصل مع مسؤول البرنامج ارجو انكم تصلحوه ونشكركم على البرنامج

البرنامج لا يستجيب لخطوات الدفع في أغلب المحاولات ولا يقبل نسخ ولصق رقم بطاقه الخصم وفي كل مرة تضطر لإدخال ١٦ رقم ، نفس المشكله في الاصدار القديم

Traffic Service very good but it's need to be improve when I checking traffic fines it shows No fines & also I can't play online I have go to play at Traffic office .

تطبيق جيد جدا ولكن هناك أحيانا خلل ما يقع أثناء محاولة اختيار المخالفات للسداد بحيث لا يمكن الاختيار الا بسدادها كلها

ارقام تواصلكم بالذات لأقسام الحاسب الالي وارقام الادارة العامة للمرور غير صحيحة يرجى تحديث بيانات ارقام اداراتكم تسهيلا للمواطن والمقيم

Paid my fines the other day and renewed my vehicle registration today, all using the app, pretty smooth process!

تحديث جميل، و كان هذا هو المرغوب، بتجديد المركبات عن طريق البرنامج، بس دائماً نسعى للأفضل، إذا كان بإمكان إختيار المكان لاستلام الملكية، حتى يكون جاهز عند الوصول

تطبيق يوفر عدد من الخدمات بشكل مريح وسهل وفي اي وقت خاصة خدمة تجديد رخصة المركبة المميزة .. اتمنى الاستمرار للأفضل وطرح العديد من الخدمات

برنامج رائع ويسهل حصول المستخدم على بيانات المخالفات وارقام الهواتف الهامة في حالات الحوادث او الاحتياج للوصول الى مراكز الشرطه.... الى الامام دائما

Really I'd like to thank the people who developed this application. ROP supprises us with their services. This application one of them. I've renew my car registration online and collect car ownership within 5 minutes.

This aap is very helpfull for the people thanks to rop for update and make usefull for new licence wich contains on 9 digits..... thanks a lot ROP......

It's very good initiative if RoP if it's service available, few months back it was down or partially down otherwise nice.

I am very happy to do my day work in a 1 minute Thanks to ROP

Its not showing any result on visa status..plzz fix the probelm i applied for visa now i can not see it online if its approved or not before it was working now its been more then year not working plzz fix it
