After completing her degree in Hotel Management she did her industrial training in The Ambassador Hotel - Mumbai. Chef Kalden started her career at Leela Kempinski, Mumbai - the Great Wall and went on to join "The Golden Dragon" at Taj Mahal Palace and Tower - Mumbai for 5 years.
