Latvian for Perfect keyboard

The dictionary works fine, however, there are no special symbols upon keypress such as: ā,ē,ņ,š,ī etc. Quite disappointed since I bought the app thinking that it supports Latvian. However, I have found no way to use any special latvian symbols except č. :(

I haven't found the difference between English and Latvian layout. Special Latvian letters are missing. It would be great to have them on keyhold or after some special key press. Without thous letters it can't be called Latvian layout!
