On every second or third visit whole tables are required to be filled, which in my opinion is not required. A button for visit number is required that can lead for second and third visits to attendance table and remarks space. All other tables should be removed from other visits than first. Thanks

very easy software for monitoring some changes required in software for better and perfect reporting.

Its a wonderful application but zong service is major hurdle

1. During visit if call received or screen off for few minutes, all data have to write again. 2. If facility found closed, other than given option after selecting "closed" a column must open for MEA comments. 3. On second visit in the same month message received"Record of this facility already exist" not sure this visit added or not.
